Usage Instructions
- Visit http://www.mythinkcar.com and download the update tool
- Install the update tool on a computer running Windows XP, 7, 8, or 10
- Write down the serial number and registration code
- Take out the TF card located at the top of the device and insert it into a card reader
- Insert the card reader into the computer and launch the installation tool
- Select TF upgrade mode and click OK
- Check whether the SN number is consistent with the SN number of the machine, if they are consistent, click Device upgrade
- Enter the required E-mail address and Register Code, click [Submit] to finish the sign-up process.
- Select the latest version of the software and click download
- Reinsert the memory card into THINKSCAN and start the update process
Note: For initial use, users need to go through a registration process. Once completed, the registration screen will not appear again each time you click the [Device Upgrade] button in the future. Register & Update
Prerequisite conditions
- Go to http://www.mythinkcar.com to download the update tool and install it on the computer.
- System requirements: Windows XP, 7, 8 or Windows 10.
Tip: Please check the Quick Start Guide before upgrading
Please follow the steps below to update the tool:
- Write down the serial number and registration code.
- Take out the TF card at the top of the device, put the TF card into the card reader, and insert it into the computer.
Tips: Please purchase a TF card reader by yourself
Installation tool
- Choose TF upgrade mode, Click OK.
- Check whether the SN number is consistent with the SN number of the machine, if they are consistent, click Device upgrade.
- Enter the required E-mail address and Register Code,click [Submit] to finish the sign-up. Note: For initial use, user needs to go through a registration process. Once you finished it, the registration screen will not appear again each time you click the [Device Upgrade] button in the future.
- By default, download the latest version of the software, click download.
- Reinsert the memory card into the tool and start update.Once all steps are complete, find the memory card slot on the tool and reinsert the memory card into the tool.
