Water & Moisture
The apparatus should be protected from moisture and rain, can not used near water, for example: near bathtub, kitchen sink or a swimming pool, etc. -
Heat
The apparatus should be located away from the heat source such as radiators, stoves or other appliances that produce heat. -
Ventilation
Do not block areas of ventilation opening. Failure to do could result in fire. Always install accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. -
Object and Liquid Entry
Objects do not fall into and liquids are not spilled into the inside of the apparatus for safety. -
Power Cord and Plug
Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong is provided for your safety.
If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, refer to electrician for replacement. -
Power Supply
The apparatus should be connected to the power supply only of the type as marked on the apparatus or described in the manual. Failure to do could result in damage to the product and possibly the user.
Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time. -
Fuse
To prevent the risk of fire and damaging the unit, please use only of the recommended fuse type as described in the manual. Before replacing the fuse, make sure the unit turned off and disconnected from the AC outlet. -
Electrical Connection
Improper electrical wiring may invalidate the product warranty. -
Cleaning
Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use any solvents such as benzol or alcohol. -
Servicing
Do not implement any servicing other than those means described in the manual. No user-serviceable parts inside, refer all servicing to qualified service personnel only. -
Only use accessories/attachments or parts recommended by the manufacturer.
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing Sound king FPO series of professional passive plastic
loudspeaker. FPD10/12/15 and FPO 10A/12A/15A/1 OAU/12AU/15AU are available.
You can also use a 15″ subwoofer to extend the LF response. High quality
woofer and HF compression driver deliver clear /delicate /wide dynamic tone.
The high strength polyprolene enclosure avoids the standing wave and makes the
sound more powerful. The handles are offered for convenient transportation.
Suitable for the application in meeting room, multi-function hall, music hall,
bar, etc.
PRECAUTIONS& ATTENTIONS
- To avoid incident damages to you or losses to device or property, please following the cautions, which are included but not limited the followings:
- To ensure safety transportation please make proper packing before out of factory. When you unpack it at first time,please check if the product has incident damage caused by transportation.
- The device can make high sound pressure that can surpass 90dB, which can cause permanent hearing damage. Therefore, please select an appropriate volume set.
- Please ask professional technician to hang the speaker with safety bracket.
- Please use D8009/D8009-1 speaker bracket or other matched brackets made by SOUN OKING to support speakers, please pay attention to the following items: place the bracket on flat, anti-skid surface.
- Open the bracket’s foot as wide as possible to ensure it’s stability.
- Lock the fixed the bolt firmly.
- Please place subwoofer on flat, rigid and anti-skid surface.
- Caution to avoid sound feedback, which may damage your audio device.
- Don’t unplug signal cable when amplifier is still on, otherwise it would damage your audio device.
- Don’t remove the metal grille of speaker, otherwise it would cause irreversible damage.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ THIS BEFORE YOU USE THIS PRODUCT

Before connecting the A.C. power cord make sure the Voltage Selector is set for your local A.C. supply voltage.
For supplies between 220 and 240V ensure it is set to 230V.
For supplies between 110 and 120V ensure it is set to 115V. -
Only use the A.C. power cord / mains lead supplied with this product. Replace if it becomes damaged in any way.

Never operate without, or remove the safety ground (earth) from the A.C. Power cord/mains lead.

Do not attempt to remove any screws or panels. There are no user serviceable parts inside.

Do not operate the unit next to heat sources such as radiators.

The unit should not be operated or stored near rain or moisture.

This equipment must not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids should be placed on top of it.

Write the serial number in the box provided in the Warranty section for future reference.

If the unit gets damaged, has been dropped or appears to have developed a fault refer to the Service Information section for details.

Line/mic switch
press this switch for mic in and release for line in. -
INPUT
Combination XLR and JACK socket suitable for microphones and line level equipment. -
.Clip LED(PEAK): when the signal level is close to peak,this LED lights up. Please reduce the signal level to avoid distortion.

Signal LED: when the signal inputs, this LED lights up.

Power LED: when the unit is turned on, this LED lights up.

HF knob
It boosts or attenuates 15dB of HF more than 1 OKHz. -
Mic volume control

MF knob
It boosts or attenuates 12dB of MF more than 2.SKHz. -
LF knob
It boosts or attenuates 1 SdB of LF below 1 00Hz. -

Line out connector(LINK):
bal XLR connector to link with the next active speaker cabinet or other equipment. -
Power switch(POWER): it turns on/off the unit.

The following formats can be used:
Bluetooth, SD card, USB
For SD card and USB, connect either and use the MODE button to select.
For Bluetooth use the MODE button to select. When pairing Bluetooth the FPO is identified with a headphone symbol and is called ‘Bluetooth’.
The 5 buttons below the screen control play, forward, back and replay modes.
To adjust the volume of the player press and hold either of the 2 buttons to the right. A volume bargraph will appear on the screen and the volume changed using either button.
Wiring
Installation
FPO series loudspeaker can be suspended or mounted on a CD35mm speaker stand or put on floor, or be used as stage monitor.
- Suspension:
FPD12/15 loudspeakers have 5 M 10 suspension points: top 2, bottom 1, side 2, M10X20 ring bolt can be used for suspension.

Open the stand feet and insert the safety pin.

SERVICE INFORMATION
- If you have a problem with your sound king product or think it has developed a fault you should first carefully check the Trouble Shooting section in this guide. If this does not solve the problem or if the product is physically damaged, contact your local dealer or distributor for service details.
- Should it be recommended you return the product to your nearest sound king Service Centre you must first contact them.
- You will be asked for the product type and serial number. You will then be given a returns authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the unit in its original carton to protect it from shipping damage.
- You must have the Returns Authorisation number clearly marked on the outside of the carton or we may refuse the delivery. soundking cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from the equipment being packed incorrectly.
- Label the equipment clearly with your name and address and include a clear description of the fault. The more information you supply helps the service engineer, minimising repair cost when out of warranty.
