Usage Instructions:
WARNING: The Quattro Tune-up Kit must be serviced by a qualified professional with sufficient experience in pool equipment installation and maintenance. Follow all instructions carefully to prevent injury hazards.
- Remove the filter canister and the top and front body panels from the pool cleaner by unscrewing the screws that hold them in place.
- Remove the wheels by unscrewing the retaining screws and replace the wheel bearings while ensuring that the blue side of the bearing is out.
- Remove the side scrubber and white gear bushing by unscrewing the black retaining screw and sliding them off.
- Remove the side brush gearbox by unscrewing the two screws that hold it in place and pulling it out straight.
- Remove the gear box, engine, and drive shaft. Replace the drive shaft with a new one and secure it with eight screws aligned to the black mounting brackets. Slide the mounted axle gear to the far end and reattach the engine with five screws, ensuring that the standpipe O-ring is in place.
- Align the body and turbine arrows to access the screw hole. Loosen the screw and pull up on the cyclonic turbine to remove it. Seat the new turbine and align the body and turbine arrows and secure the screw. Repeat for the other side.
- Slide on the wheels and secure each with a silver retaining screw.
- Slide the white gear bushings onto the black spur pinions near the front scrubbers on both sides.
- Place the front panel into tab slots and align the top body panel pins to the chassis holes. Secure the body panels with four screws. Attach the canister to complete reassembly.

All safety instructions in the complete manual must be followed explicitly in order to prevent injury hazards. Improper installation and/or operation may void the warranty.
Tool Required
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Remove the filter canister. Remove 4 screws and remove the top and front body panels.
- Remove silver retaining screws and slide off the wheels. Replace wheel bearings ensuring the blue side is out.
- Remove 3 screws per axle. Replace 4 axles then secure all screws.
- Remove black retaining screw and slide off side scrubber and white gear bushing.
- Remove 2 screws and pull side brush gearbox straight out. Remove 1 screw and pull off the brush / roller and brush guard. Attach new brush guard to new gearbox and reattach brush / roller with 1 screw. Slide entire side brush gearbox assembly into chassis, aligning it with the center roller support, then secure with 2 screws. Slide on side scrubber and secure with black retaining screw. Repeat for other side.
- The Gear Box, Engine and Drive Shaft must be removed and replaced in the order indicated by the lettered arrows.
- A: Remove 4 screws from gear box and pull off.
- B: Remove 5 screws from the engine and pull off
- C: Remove 8 screws from the drive shaft and pull off
- D: Replace with new drive shaft and secure with 8 screws aligned to the black mounting brackets.
- E: Slide the mounted axle gear to the far end and reattach engine with 5 screws. Ensure standpipe O-ring is in place.
- F: Replace new gear box and secure with 4 screws.
- Align body and turbine arrows to access screw hole. Loosen screw and pull up on cyclonic turbine to remove. Seat the new turbine and align body and turbine arrows and secure screw. Repeat for other side.
- Slide the white gear bushings onto the black spur pinions near the front scrubbers on both sides.
- Slide on the wheels and secure each with a silver retaining screw. Ensure the blue flat side of bearings face out from the wheels.
- Place front panel into tab slots and align top body panel pins to the chassis holes then secure body panels with 4 screws. Attach canister to complete reassembly.
