CAUTION

Risk of electronic shock. do not open. Do not attempt to service this product yourself as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock. do not expose this product to rain or moisture. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.

In case of smoke, strange noise or strange smell from the unit:

  • Turn off the power switch immediately;
  • Disconnect the power plug from the power outlet:
  • Contact your dealer or service centre. Never attempt to make repairs yourself because this could be dangerous.

Never push objects of any kind into the set through the cabinet slots as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short-circuit parts that could result in a fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any kind on the set. Use special caution in households where children are present. The apparatus is not suitable for children under 3-year to operate.

Power supply cords should be routed safety to prevent life and property from dangerous with damaged cord.
Mains plug is used as the disconnect device. It shall remain readily operable and should not be obstructed during intended use. To be completely disconnected the apparatus from supply mains, the mains plug of the apparatus shall be disconnected.

To avoid the fire, no naked flame source, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.

Protect the shell of LCD from being hit, pressed, and designated.

Do not pull the plug out by the wire;
Never touch the plug with wet hands

Installation

The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation opening with items, such as newspapers, tablecloths, curtains, etc.
At least 10 cm space should be left around the apparatus for sufficient ventilation.

Do not put outdoors, avoid direct sunlight, rain, wind

About use

Spraying volatile compounds on the shell of product is prohibited.

Cleaning

Unplug this apparatus from the AC outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Use a damp cloth for cleaning;

If the shell is very dirty, please use neutral detergent dissolved in water to clean it, and keep it away from LCD screen.

Don’t use organic solvents such as diluent, gasoline, alcohol etc to clean the product.
When you clean the LCD screen, you have to use special LCD cleaning cloth (or very soft cotton lint), spray some non-ionized water on it, and then clean the product softly.

WARNING

To prevent the spread of fire, keep candles or other open flames away from this product at all times.

  1. Plug in power
  2. Switch on: Press master switch at back board.
  3. Install Windows
  4. Switch Off: (after close system)then turn off the master switch at back board.
  5. Cut off power
    Note: To avoid system damage, do not Power off when work under the operating system.

  • The touch pencil is made by glass, please use it with caution.
  • Please do not put heavy stuff on the touch screen.
  • Please clean the touch screen before install it, or the performance will have negative influence.
  • If the touch screen is not work and smelly, please cut off the power and contact supplier.
    Please do not plug in/out power frequently.

Questions

Touch screen is not work

  1. Firstly check the touch screen , right click My Computer->Computer Management->Device Manager->Human Interface Devices, and check the  “HID-compliant device” entries is the normal state.
  2. Check the cable of touch-screen control panel is connect well or not. check PC connect cable is work or not.
  3. check whether the USB Interface is work or not.

The touch screen is work , but cannot support multi-point touch

  1. Firstly make sure the system is supporting multi-point touch , only Windows7 family premium pack and above version support it .
  2. Make sure the programme is supporting multi-point touch.

The touch screen is work , but mouse icon cannot be dragged

Make sure there is no any stuff on the panel, if has it, remove it.

The touch screen is work , but mouse icon more cannot be stopped

Make sure the product is not connecting with mouse, remove it.
