Setting Up
Before Installing
- Uninstall and completely remove drivers of other graphic tablets/monitors that may be installed on your device.
- Temporarily disable any anti-virus software and/or firewalls.
- Make sure you are installing the driver as an administrator.
Installation
- Download and install the drivers from: https://www.viewsonic.com/global/products/pendisplay/lID710-BWW.
- Install DisplayLink display adapter driver and Pen Manager driver.
- After a successful installation, reboot the computer.
- Plug in the ID710 and the system will show the “ViewSonic Pen Manager” icon in the system tray.
Replacing the Pen Nibs
- Pull out the pen nib from the pen by using the nib removal tool.
- Insert a new nib and push it into the pen.
