Product Information
The Inline Bullet Feed (40 Cal.) is a product designed for efficient bullet feeding during reloading. It comes with a Pistol Bullet Feed Body, Bullet Feed Sleeve, Bullet Feed Cap BF5385, Sleeve Return Spring BF5377, and 1/8 Detent Balls (qty. 2). This product is suitable for 40S&W and 10MM calibers.
Optional Accessories
For added convenience, consider ordering the gatling-style magazine feed (#92016) or the single tube adapter (#92024) if loading lower quantities.
Setup Instructions
To set up the Inline Bullet Feed, follow these steps:
- Measure the cylindrical portion of the projectile known as the ‘A’ section.
- Select the correct hole for your bullet from the Bullet Length Chart. Ensure that you do not include the bullet’s boat tail or ogive profile while measuring.
- Insert the Pistol Bullet Feed Body into the press and screw it in until it is secure.
- Place the Bullet Feed Sleeve onto the Pistol Bullet Feed Body.
- Insert the Detent Balls into their respective slots on the Pistol Bullet Feed Body and ensure they are securely in place.
- Attach the Bullet Feed Cap BF5385 onto the top of the Bullet Feed Sleeve.
- Attach the Sleeve Return Spring BF5377 to the Pistol Bullet Feed Body and to the Bullet Feed Cap BF5385.
- Thread die into the press a couple of turns.
- Place a flared case into shell plate.
- Fill the bullet feed sleeve with bullets, base down, with one protruding.
- Raise case to top of stroke. Screw die clockwise until the bullet stack drops plus an additional ½ turn.
- Finger tighten lock ring, tighten split clamp with 3/32” hex key.
Tips for Success
Follow these tips to ensure successful use of the product:
- Change ball position over a tray or container to prevent losing balls. (Replacements #92063).
- Keep the bullet stack near the top of the sleeve; the weight of bullets aids in seating a bullet into the case.
- Adequate case mouth flare is required to reduce bullet tipping.

- For the ultimate in convenience, order the gatling style magazine feed.
- If loading lower quantities, consider the single tube adapter.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with the product, refer to this table for solutions:
