Congratulations on your Troy Lee Designs Premium Protective gear purchase. Please take a few minutes to read the following information before using your protective gear.
WARNING
Troy Lee Designs warranties all its products against defects in materials and
workmanship for one year. Normal wear and tear, negligence, or improper care
during the use of a product is not considered a defect. No warranty or
representation is made as to this product’s ability to protect user from any
injury or death. The user assumes that risk. Protective Gear is built to
assist in absorption of light impacts. It must be replaced alter serious
impact and should not be used if there are any cracks or broken plastic or
torn material. Protective gear is intended to minimize injuries, but it does
not guarantee complete protection against injury or death. Do not modify this
protective product in any way as it would dangerously reduce its intended
performance. This product conforms to CE standards only in the configuration
originally sold by the manufacturer. Troy Lee Designs does not offer any
warranty or representation of this product’s ability to protect the user if
pieces are removed. Only the pieces in original positions conform to the CE
standard. Only official TLD replacement parts are recommended.
NOTE: The Ille expectancy for protective gear Is two years from date of
purchase without Incident of Impact. Do not place gear In high heat and
extreme cold conditions. This will damage the product.
SIZES: XS/S, M/L, XL/XXL
FITTING KNEE GUARDS: Take measurements 13 cm above the knee CENTER for
Thigh measurement.
The knee pad should not be loose in any area. Make sure there are no gaps between pad and leg, and the openings are snug. The kneepad foam padding shall be placed directly over the kneecap.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Rinse in water, do not wash. Do not dry clean nor bleach. Do not wring. Do
not tumble dry. Do not iron. Drip dry. Do not clean your protective gear with
anything but soap and water. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or pads. Do not
use hot water or chemical cleaners or any solvents which contain petroleum-
based products like benzene or gasoline on your protective gear. Your
protective gear can be weakened by these substances and may not provide its
intended protection in an accident, which can result in serious injury or
death. Do not use hair dryers or heaters to dry your protective gear.
INTENDED USE: Triad protectors have been developed to be used by
motorcyclists for protection from blunt Impact.
LIMITATION OF USE: Do not use at a temperature lower than -10’C or higher
than 40’C. Temperature can change the impact energy absorption performance of
the product.

THE PRODUCT WORKS IN A GOOD WAY ONLY WHEN IN GOOD CONDITION AND CORRECTLY
POSITIONED. NO PROTECTOR CAN GUARANTEE TOTAL PROTECTION!
Before using this product, make sure ii is in good condition. If the product has any visible damage like cracks, uns! itching or holes it shall be replaced.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE:
STORAGE- Store in a dry, ventilated environment, out of sunlight and away from direct heat sources. Do not leave in the car or under heavy items-it may lead to the protector becoming deformed, ripped or damaged. MAINTENANCE Regular inspections (at least annually or in the event of a crash)should be made of the protector itself as well as the fitting system for obvious signs of wear or damage. If the protector is obviously worn or damaged, or if there is any doubt as to its condition, it should be replaced immediately.
RISKS PROTECTIVE LEVELS:
These protectors, when used and worn correctly, can offer a limited protection
against impact injury in the event of falls; they can limit abrasions or
bruises (in the protected zones) caused by a fall when riding a motorcycle but
can never guarantee a total safety. The level of protection remains as long as
the protectors keep their original characteristics; therefore, it is important
that no modifications be made.
