CAUTION
- Please use a mobile phone power adapter to power this product (output voltage: 3V – 9V). Never use the power adapter of any other electrical appliance;
- Please do not tum the turntable in the watch winder; otherwise, the integrated circuit of your watch winder will be directly damaged;
- his product is very low in power consumption, but in order to protect the service life of the motor, it is recommended to turn off fhe power as much as possible to make fhe motor rest for 2 hours after 30 consecutive days, so as to extend its service life.
Multi-program mode:
- OFF: Switch
- Gear 1: The watch winder will stop for 6 minutes after fuming forward for 2 minutes and repeat the cycle following the procedure;
- Gear 2: The watch winder will stop for 6 minutes after turning in reverse for 2 minutes and repeat the cycle following the procedure;
- Gear3: The watch winder will stop for 6 minutes after turning forward for 2 minutes, stop for 6 minutes after turning in reverse for 2 minutes and repeat the cycle following the procedure;
- Gear4: The watch winder will last for 3 hours and stop far 9 hours after turning forward 5 minutes and in reverse for 5 minutes, and then it will repeat the cycle following the procedure;

Q: Can’t find its power adapter?
A: This product is not equipped with a power adapter, but h a USB-DC power cord. Connect your idle mobile phone power adapter with this USB power cord to power the product (Note: All mobile phone power adapters throughout the world can be used and it is unnecessary to be subject to the power system of each country). -
Q: Why does the watch winder not rotate?
1. Please check whether your power adapter is properly engaged to the power socket of the watch winder,
2. Check whether your adapter plug is normally connected with the mains power;
3. Please confirm whether the knob switch below the turntable of the watch winder is in the working position;-
Q: Why did the watch winder stop working in a few minutes?
A: Normally, it will rotate again in a few minutes (subject to the IC program setting). If it stops working for long, please check the details of the multi- program mode. At Gear 4, it will stop for 9 hours at most (many customers mistakenly think that the product is broken); in 9 hours, it will start again automatically. If not for some external reasons, please refer to the answer of Question 2! -
Q: The watch winder can’t get my watch chain tightened, why?
A: Firstly, make sure that your mechanical watch has the function of automatic chain tightening. Secondly, put your watch in the winder under normal working condition. However, the Gear-4 program is not suitable for mechanical watches with low efficiency; otherwise, the chain tightening may fail and the watch may stop working. In this case, change to Gear-3 and your watch can keep working normally. -
Q: How to put my watch around the watch support correctly?
- A: Take out the memory foam watch winder from the turntable; groove, put your watch around it, buckle your watch strap and put the support into the groove.
- If you can’t put your watch normally around the watch support due to a rather short strap [women’s watch), buckle your watch by force so that it could fit your watch as much as possible because the watch support is made from memory foam.

Q: No dry battery box can be found, why?
A: This product is not equipped with a dry battery box, but with a USB-DC power cord, so it can be powered directly with your mobile phone power bank, whose durability and economy are many times higher than that of a dry battery [Note: The capacitance is about 1500-2100 MA for five conventional 1.5V batteries [5#), but a conventional power bank is about 10000-20000 MA in capacitance and can be used for repeated charging).
