Before turning on the bracelet, pleasereadit carefully and follow this guidestepbystep, otherwise some functions of thebraceletmaynot work normally, thank you for your cooperation!I wish you a pleasant experience! product has 2 Bluetooth devices that youneedto operate on your mobile phonetoconnectandpair, as follows:
Connect H21 BandBluetoothinFlowFit APP (Don’t connect inmobilephone Bluetooth):
attention during installation: 1.1A security risk warning may pop up duringthedownloadand installation process, you can choose to continuetovisitfirst. 1.2All permission prompts prompted or poppedupduringthe installation process are all set to allowor alwaysallow.
3You need to keep the mobile network open during the login process, please use
cellular mobile data if necessary.
2.Connect and pair (bracelet can be synchronized with the phone after the
pairing is successful) Operation method：
2.1Long press the touch button of the bracelet to turn on the bracelet,
register an account in the FlowUP APP or choose a tourist to log in and
automatically enter the device search interface, and click the Bluetooth
device of the H21 Band to connect.
2.2Permission pop-up prompt during the connection process, please select
pairing and allowing. recautions：
2.2.1This Bluetooth device cannot be connected directly in the
Bluetooth setting interface of the mobile phone, otherwise the device will not
be searched in the APP.
2.2.2You can’t find this Bluetooth device in the APP after trying various
methods. Please start your phone in airplane mode and restart the bracelet and
try again.
1. Settings (the push function will only be available after the settings are
correct) Operation method：
3.1Click [Device]-[Push] at the bottom of the APP, except for the
Do Not Disturb switch, all other switches are turned on.
3.2Click [If the message push function fails…] this text, find the
FlowUP APP, and turn on the switch.
Precautions：
3.3.1When the phone is locked, the phone turns on after a message arrives, and
the content of the message can be seen (only messages in this state are
pushed)
3.3.2To keep the FlowUP APP always running in the background of the phone.
Connect E100 device on the Bluetooth interface of the mobile phone (sound will
only be heard after the connection is successful)：
1.Take the headset out of the wristband holder, then open the Bluetooth
interface in the phone settings, and click Search nearby devices.
2.Click on the Bluetooth device of the E100 to connect. If there is a pop-up
prompt during the connection process, select [Pair/Yes/Allow] etc.
Lock the ow it app to run in the background of the phone
The operation method of different mobile phone brands may be different, if you
are not sure how to operate, please contact the mobile phone brand service
provider

1.Self-starting settings
1.1 Open the phone manager, select the application to start the management,
click to enter；
1.2 Find the FlowUP application, and set the switch to the off state. In the
pop-up manual management pop-up window at the same place, open all the auto-
start, association start, and background activities, and then click OK；
2.Lock app
2.1 Open the phone menu recently opened the program interface；
2.2 Pull down the FlowUP card slightly and then release it. A lock symbol
appears on the top of the card.

- Information push
Synchronize the message on the phone to display on the bracelet, including the
display of the number or name when the call comes。
Call reminders and push messages to the bracelet display must meet the
following 5 conditions at the same time：
①When the phone is locked, the phone will turn on after a message comes and
the content of the message can be seen (only messages in this state are
pushed)
②The bracelet APP and the bracelet are connected normally (click to find the
bracelet in the APP, the bracelet vibrates, it means the connection is normal)
③The message push switch in the settings of the bracelet app needs to be
turned on, and the do not disturb switch needs to be turned off.
④The bracelet APP must always be running in the background of the phone
⑤ The notification permission in the phone needs to be set to allow
- Sports information
Including steps, distance, calories of the day
The daily exercise goal can be set in the personal settings of the APP of the
bracelet, please enter the personal information correctly, otherwise it may
affect the accuracy of the monitoring data
- Sleep monitoring
Monitor the user’s sleep quality at night. Please wear the bracelet tightly when sleeping, otherwise there may be no monitoring data or inaccurate monitoring data. Sleep status can be checked in the bracelet or APP the next day。This measurement data is for reference only and cannot be used for medical diagnosis
- Temperature measurement
Switch to the temperature measurement interface, long press the touch button
to measure。
The range of the wristband body temperature measurement is between 35℃-42℃. If
the range is exceeded, the value will not be displayed. When the temperature
is higher than 37.3℃, the value will be displayed in red with vibration alarm.
When the value is higher than 42℃, the red text “temperature” will be
displayed. Too high”, when the value is lower than 35℃, the blue text “The
temperature is too low” is displayed, please do not touch the objects with too
high or too low temperature。

- Weather
It can display the weather conditions of today and tomorrow, and provide the weather information of the city where the user’s mobile phone is located
- One key measurement
Measure heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen at the same time, please wear
it tightly and keep still when measuring。
Long press the touch button to enter the secondary menu, you can measure heart
rate, blood pressure or blood oxygen separately。

You can make the phone ring by using the find phone function on the bracelet
- Reminder function
You can set an alarm clock, long-seat reminder, drink reminder, etc. in the APP, and the bracelet will feedback the user in the form of vibration

①Only use the charging cable delivered by the manufacturer to charge,
otherwise all accidents caused by themanufacturer have nothing to do with
