Description

The Lytmi Fantasy 3 TV backlight is controlled by the Neo 3 sync box, which detects relevant RGB and intelligently inputs them into the algorithm for automatic color reproduction creating much more complex and creative lighting patterns. The Neo 3 sync box has a minimalist and sleek design, supporting the maximum resolution up to 8K@60Hz and maximum refresh rate up to 4K@120Hz. Brace yourself for an epic adventure as the lights bring color and rhythm to your surroundings for a more enjoy able experience.  Furthermore, a variety o f additional lighting synchronization options are available, forming an immersive ecosystem for your personal home theater.

Sync Box Features

Installation

Install the LED Strips to the back of your TV

  1. Clean the back of your TV.
  2. Locate HDMI ports.
  3. Remove the achesive tape.
  4. Stick the LED light strip. Always start from the bottom of the left or right.. Recommend sticking 0.4 inches(3 centimeters) away from the edges.   5. Firmly press the light strip into place.

Install the HDMI cable

  1. Connect the HDMI cables and the light strip to the Neo 3 sync box.
  2. Use HDMI output to connect to the TV. It’ s recommended to use the HDMI cable provided in the box.
  3. Use HDMI input to connect to HDMI source (TV box/game console).
  4. Connect the power adaptor to the Neo 3 sync box and plug it into a power socket.

Color Sync

  1. If all the lights are on and they match the colors on the screen, you don’t need to perform any additional actions.
  2. If the colors do not match the screen; l o n g press the switch button for above 5sec to calibrate and color sync the LED lights.
  3. You can also complete the calibration using the Lytmi Home App.

  2. Control via the Lytmi Home App

  3. Please download “Lytmi Home” App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

  4. Please note that you should allow access requests to your phone’s Bluetooth, GPS and WiFi for the app to function properly.

  5. Open the “Lytmi Home” App, register and log in. The App will detect the “ Neo 3 Sync Box” automatically. Tap and add it.

  6. Control via Smart Assistance Voice assistants supported

Works with Lytmi Home APP

  1. Download the Lytmi Home APP and add the device (Neo 3 sync box).
  2. Download the voice assistant App, search and enter “Smart Life”.
  3. Log into Lytmi Home App, and you can use voice commands to control the light.

After the setup is finis hed , you can enjoy watching movies, TV shows and playing games. Use the App or Voice Commands to turn on/off the light, and change the color & brightness of the lighting.

Notice

  1. The Neo 3 sync box supports up to 4K@120Hz, 8K@60Hz sources.
  2. HDMI CEC, VRR, ALLM, QMS, and ARC / eARC functions are not supported.
  3. Due to deviations in data conversion, the light strip cannot display all of the colors that appear on the TV screen such as gray and black.
  4. You can reset the Neo 3 sync box to return it to its factory settings and start over if there is a connectivity issue or failure.
  5. We recommend storing the Neo 3 sync box in a dry, well-ventilated area away from damp o r h u m i d areas.
  6. It is normal for the Neo 3 sync box t o get warm after a few hours of usage.
  7. Do not cut the light strip.

Troubleshooting

  1. Unable to use sync mode
    – Make sure the Neo 3 sync box is connected to an external HDM I input device, such as a game console or TV box. Otherwise, the sync mode function cannot be used. – Check to see if the sync mode indicator is turned on. Check to see if the Neo 3 sync box’s HDMI input indicator, HDMI output indicator, and HDMI port working lights are on.

  2. Unable to connect to the Lytmi Home App
    – Check that you are using a 2.4 GHz network WiFi connection (SG is not supported currently ). GPS and Bluetooth on your phone must be enabled. Ascertain that you are connected to the Internet.
    – Check to see if the WiFi indicator is on to signal a connection.
    – If all of the above conditions are met but it can’t connect, please reset the Neo 3 sync box. After the WiFi indicator light flashes slowly, unplug the power of the Neo 3 sync box for 5 seconds, then power on the Neo 3 sync box again.
    – Contact our support team if it still can’t connect after resetting.

  3. The strip light does not illuminate /Some of the LEDs do not illuminate
    – Check all wired connections. Before turing on the strip light, make sure it is securely plugged into the Type-C LED port.
    – Please try another scene mode such as Read mode on the Lytmi Home App to see if the light strip can light up completely.
    – If all of the above conditions are met but it can’t illuminate, please unplug the power of the Neo 3 sync box for 5 seconds, then power on the Neo 3 sync box again.

  4. Dolby Vision or HDR does not work
    – Make sure the Neo box is connected to the TV. Try to connect the HDMI media device (tv box/game console) directly to the TV to check if Dolby vision or HDR is supported. Then, unplug the power of the Neo 3 sync box for S seconds, then power on the Neo 3 sync box again.

  5. The HDMI media device is not recognized by the TV and displays “No signal” error
    – Check to see if the Neo 3 sync box’s HDMI input indicator, HDMI output indicator, and HDMI port working lights are on. If all of the above conditions are met but it still no signal, please unplug the power of the Neo 3 sync box for S seconds, then power on the Neo 3 sync box again.
    – Try to switch to another TV HDMI port. Disconnect any other equipment that can interfere with the signal, such as a soundbar.

  6. When playing games, the screen goes black a few seconds – Please turn off the VRR and ALLM functions on the game console settings. VRR stands for Variable Refresh Rate. ALLM stands for Auto Low Latency Mode. – Contact our support team if the black screen still appears

  7. The light strip keeps flashing when watching the video – Please check the resolution of the HDMI media device and set it to 1080P or 4K

  8. The video signal keeps dropping out and it is unstable – Try to replace a new HDMI cable. Make sure the output of the Neo 3 box is connected to the TV, and check if other devices are connected like AVR or soundbar, which may interfere with the signal.
