what’s In the box?

Introduction

Lytmi Neo HDMI 2.0 TV backlight is controlled by Neo HDMI2.0 sync box standard edition, which is capable to detect the relevant RGBIC and virtually put them into the algorithm to have the automatic calculation to reproduce the colors. The lighting break the limited screen, bringing color and rhythm in front of you.
What’s more, it supports additional lighting synchronization except the TV backlight, Creating and an ecosystem for your personal home theatre.

Sync Box Features

Installation

1. Clear the surface to ensure its dustless and dry
2. Stick the strip lights to the back of the TV. Press them firmly and then reinforce them with the provided clips.
3. Connect the HDMI cables and the light strip into the sync bOx.
4. Power on the device; Calibrate the light strip position.
5. Stick the sync box on the TV (Optional)

Quick colibraltion on sync mode

1. Check if the LED will match the color (in below picture) under sync mode initially, if not, please re-select the LED direction.
2. You can also complete the calibration via the phone APP.

Control the Light

1. Control via the sync box
2. Control via the APP
3. Download Lytmi APP
4. Make sure your WIFl is under 2.4Ghz; Turn on Bluetooth and GPS/ location on your phone.
5. On the APP, register and log in. The APP will detect the “HDMI2.0 Sync Box SE” automatically. Tap and add it.
6. Control via smart assistance .
7. Voice supported
8. Log in your voice assistant account. After the light set up is finished, you can control the light strips and the various modes using voice Commands.

After the set up is finished can start to enjoy watching moves, TV shows and playing Computer Games. Use the App or Voice Commands to change modes and the color & intensity of the lighting

1. Neo HDMI2.0 sync box standard edition supports up to 4K/60FPS sources.
2. If there is any problem or failure in connection you can reset Neo to restore it to factory settings and start over.
3. We recommend to keep Neo in a dry and ventilated place and away from wet or humid environment.
4. It is normal for Neo to get warm after few hours usage .
5. The light stirp cannot be cut. *Please unplug Neo if it is not being used.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot use sync mode
   • Make sure you have connected the sync box with external HDMI input device. Otherwise, the sync mode cannot be used.
   • Make sure the indicator is under the sync mode.
2. Cannot connect with the APP
   • 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported. Make sure the WIFI is under 2.4GHz, and make sure the GPS, Bluetooth are turned on; Make sure your Internet is available.
   • Check if the WIFI indicator flashes slowly for connection
   • If all the above conditions are met and still cannot be connected, please reset the sync box and try again.
3. The strip light does not light up/ Some LED cannot light up
   • Check al wired connections. Ensure the strip light is well plugged into the TVpe-C LED port before powered on.
   • Please select other Scene mode on the APP to check if the light strip can all light up.
