PRODUCT COMPOSITION:

GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
Moveis Estrela stipulates the specified product, is guaranteed for a period of
90 days, records the invoice issuance data, provided for in terms of article
26, II of the CDC. Defect found or eventual manufacturing or consumer defect,
you can contact a store where you purchased the product. If it is within the
warranty period, defective parts will be replaced.
REGARDING THE WARRANTY:
Coatings: The covers used in the stocks are guaranteed for 3 months, in
relation to: sewing wear, unfocused, not used due to misuse and fading. This
warranty does not cover: Normal hardening of the fiber, caused by the use of
the product; flattening; marbles; differences in shade of the coating between
the parts of the product, detected after delivery; possible occasional
deformations caused by washing the upholstery and damage caused by
waterproofing. Don’t forget: velvets and velvety types have a smooth texture
and flatten more easily, in addition to deforming different shades and marking
more easily than other fabrics. This characteristic is not considered a defect
FOAMS:
A 3-month warranty against loss of strength. It is important to know that with
the use of upholstery and the passage of time, it is normal, as the foams
undergo a small transformation. Do not forget: the softening of the cushions
is normal as a consummation of use and cannot be confused with defects in
materials.
STRUCTURE:
The wooden structure of Moveis Estrela upholstery is guaranteed for 90 days.
The wood used is from reforestation. Important note: If there is a need to
exchange a product that was waterproof, for some reason that this warranty
covers, Moveis Estrela is not responsible for the reimbursement of the amount
spent by the consumer with waterproofing.
CONDITIONS OF LOSS OF WARRANTY:
This term excludes your warranty:
– Use of the product for general instructions for use, as well as:
– Problems arising from improper use, improper cleaning, handling or
conservation;
– Faults detected after delivery, when the receiver signs or attests to the
receipt of the product without defects;
– Damage caused by agents of nature, such as floods or accidents of any kind.
– Defects due to product exposure in environments with excessive humidity or
dust.
– Warranty period expires.
– No warranty certificate and invoice accompanying the product
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CONSERVATION:
Do not touch the wall or drag, do not expose to the sun or moisture.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight; Clean with a soft brush and vacuum the dust
weekly.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
Step 1
Line the floor with the sofa packaging. Turn it with the backrest to the
floor. The accessories will be on the arm.
Step 2
Insert the “A” screw into the first hole in the foot, align with the mark on
the lining and screw until firm. Then fix the second screw.
Step 3
To place the ” C ‘feet, check the holes and cast until firm.
HARDWARE
- Using the zippers on the ceiling, unscrew the hex nut using a spanner. Remove the French screw and washer.
- To reassemble the arm, leave it on the floor with the holes for up and fit the sofa so that the holes are aligned. Insert the French screw in the hole on the side of the arm, insert the washer on the side of the sofa and then the nut. Thread the nut to the limit without tightening. Enter one screw at a time, and after all the screws are already in the correct positions, tighten with a spanner until the arm is firm.
Note: Only 2L-Ass-100 parts, 2L-Ass-90 and 2L-Ass-80 have 4 zippers in the lining.
