The WELLJET dispenser and dispenser stacker are designed to offer superior user experience and flexibility for applications requiring low cost and precise reagent dispensing. Both models use a revolutionary type of dispensing cassettes (EasySnap™) which allow for low running costs and easy handling. With their highly compact design, both the dispenser and the dispenser stacker exhibit the smallest footprints for instruments of their kind, saving valuable bench space. A large, high resolution touchscreen user interface guarantees intuitive and effortless programming.

Did you know?

While the WELLJET dispenser is a true workhorse for processing of 96 and 384 well plates, any standard plate format from 6 up to 1536 wells is accepted, including deep well plates and tube racks with standard (SLAS/ANSI-) footprint.

EasySnap™ cassettes enable low running costs

The new EasySnap™ dispensing cassette for the WELLJET represents a technology breakthrough in the precision and reliability of reagent dispensers: At the interface to the pump unit, the cassettes are built of molded silicone tubings (patent pending) which eliminate the typical channel to channel variations seen with conventional dispensing cassettes.
While the tubings of currently marketed dispensing cassettes are made of extruded silicone and require tedious recalibration to compensate for their inherent variations from channel to channel, EasySnap™ cassettes are accurate and precise by design, as every tubing is manufactured to the exact same dimension. Best of all, EasySnap™ cassettes are less expensive in the acquisition and running costs, saving valuable budget in your lab!

Loading of dispensing cassettes has never been easier! The WELLET EasySnap™ dispensing cassettes offer simple and worry-free insertion. Due to its robust design and molded silicone tubings, there is no need to worry about breaking the cassette or making a mistake during loading.

Accuracy and precision

The three different cassette models ensure accurate and precise dispensing of most liquids across a broad volume range (0.5 µl to 10 ml). Each cassette is provided sterilized and can be autoclaved. To speed things up, the 16 channel cassette even allows filling of 384 well plates in one pass, reducing the processing time to a minimum!

The WELLJET has been designed for fast and efficient plate processing, especially with the dispenser stacker. Single plates can be filled in seconds and processing a stack of 25 or 50 plates only takes a few minutes.
Both instruments fit anywhere in the lab – including under laminar flow hoods – for flexible dispensing into 6 to 1536 well plates.
Optionally the WELLJET dispenser can also be integrated into automated workflows.

Superior user interaction

The intuitive set-up of the user interface, combined with a large, high- resolution touchscreen, allows quick and efficient setup of dispensing protocols. Cleaning routines can be easily defined and saved to minimize clogging of dispense nozzles and keep the instrument clean and functional. The integrated plate library ensures that plate dimensions are not only stored, but well organized and searchable.

Did you know?
The optional tube holder for 15 and 50 ml tubes allows dead volumes to be reduced to a minimum, saving precious reagents!
