While the WELLJET dispenser is a true workhorse for processing of 96 and 384 well plates, any standard plate format from 6 up to 1536 wells is accepted, including deep well plates and tube racks with standard (SLAS/ANSI-) footprint.

EasySnap™ cassettes enable low running costs

The new EasySnap™ dispensing cassette for the WELLJET represents a technology breakthrough in the precision and reliability of reagent dispensers: At the interface to the pump unit, the cassettes are built of molded silicone tubings (patent pending) which eliminate the typical channel to channel variations seen with conventional dispensing cassettes.
While the tubings of currently marketed dispensing cassettes are made of extruded silicone and require tedious recalibration to compensate for their inherent variations from channel to channel, EasySnap™ cassettes are accurate and precise by design, as every tubing is manufactured to the exact same dimension. Best of all, EasySnap™ cassettes are less expensive in the acquisition and running costs, saving valuable budget in your lab!

Loading of dispensing cassettes has never been easier! The WELLET EasySnap™ dispensing cassettes offer simple and worry-free insertion. Due to its robust design and molded silicone tubings, there is no need to worry about breaking the cassette or making a mistake during loading.

The three different cassette models ensure accurate and precise dispensing of most liquids across a broad volume range (0.5 µl to 10 ml). Each cassette is provided sterilized and can be autoclaved. To speed things up, the 16 channel cassette even allows filling of 384 well plates in one pass, reducing the processing time to a minimum!

The integrated plate library ensures that plate dimensions are not only stored, but well organized and searchable.
