NOTE!

  1. If you want to populate the UPS with a smaller number of batteries per string (for example (16 + 16) x 2), between the black cables (connected to the UPS) and the blue cables (connected to the UPS) and respectively between the red cables (connected to the UPS) and the blue cables (connected to the UPS), there will be the same number of batteries connected in series (16).

Example for configuration (16 + 16) x 2:
On the right side of the UPS will be mounted:

  • 11 batteries on the first tray from bottom up
  • 6 batteries on the second tray from bottom up
  • batteries on the third tray from bottom up
  • batteries on the fourth tray from bottom up
  • batteries on the fifth tray from bottom up
  • Batteries will not be mounted on the sixth tray (the top tray)
  • The connection of the cables will be made according to the diagram described for the configuration (20 + 20) x 2, with the mention that at the free (+, red) terminal of the first battery (looking from the front of the UPS) on the fifth row will be connected directly to a red cable bound to the UPS (the black cable that passes through the UPS slot F will no longer be used)

On the left side of the UPS will be mounted:

  • 11 batteries on the first tray from bottom up
  • 6 batteries on the second tray from bottom up
  • 3 batteries on the third tray from bottom up
  • 12 batteries on the side mounting brackets
  • The connection of the cables will be done according to the diagram described for the configuration (20 + 20) x 2, with the mention that the red cable bound to the UPS will no longer be connected to the third tray (it has been connected to the batteries from the right side of the UPS as shown above)

If you want to use only one battery string (16 + 16) x1, (17 + 17) x1, (18 + 18) x1, (19 + 19) x1, (20 + 20) x1), please populate only first two trays with batteries and follow the same steps for connecting the cables. No batteries will be mounted on the side mounting brackets. You will only use one black cable, one red cable and two blue cables bounded to the UPS.
