DEVICE CONFIGURATION AND OPERATION:

  1. Remove the router and handle from the packaging. Press the 1s switch to turn the router on.
  2. Connect the cable connecting the router to the handle and make sure it is inserted to the correct depth.
  3. Open the cutter holder in the handle, remove the test pin, place the cutter. Close the pick holder, making sure it is locked.
  4. Use the dial to adjust the speed. Speed display: 00-35 RPM represents 0-35000RPM, this value can be changed using the dial.
  5. Change direction of rotation: by default, the router has clockwise rotation; to change the direction of rotation, press the on/off button.
  6. Start the milling machine.
  7. When finished working, reduce the speed of the milling machine and then press and hold the switch for 1s to switch off the machine.

DEVICE FUNCTIONS:

  • USB port for charging the phone.
  • Port C is used to charge the milling machine. Do not charge your phone while the milling machine is running!
  • Battery level display: the battery level indicator blinks when the battery has been depleted. In this situation, charge the device 4 hours until fully charged. A full battery  level display means that the battery is fully charged. The battery has a capacity of 2600mAh.
  • The handle handle can be mounted on both sides of the router.
  • Belt holder allows the router to be carried freely.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Turn off the power when not using the device.
  • Do not charge the phone while the milling machine is running!
  • Clean the cutter before use.
  • When changing the cutter, make sure that the cutter is inserted all the way into the holder. Failure to insert the pick all the way in can cause vibration or cause the pick to fall out of the holder during use.
  • Do not close the cutter handle without placing the cutter, otherwise it will be very difficult to open it again! When the handle is not in use, it should have a pick in it.
  • When changing the cutter, the head, motor or handle covers must not be removed!
  • The cutter holder must be locked before the cutter starts to work!
  • It is forbidden to open the cutter holder while the milling machine is running! Before changing the cutter, switch off the power supply to the machine first.
  • Do not use the milling machine in dangerous areas. Do not use it in damp places.
  • If the device vibrates excessively or makes unusual noises, discontinue use.
  • Use a suitable power source for the control unit.

DRILLS AND CUTTERS:

  • Avoid using rusty, bent or damaged drills as they can cause excessive wear to the machine and bearings.
  • Maintain the safe operating speed of the machine as specified by the manufacturer and observe the safety rules.
  • Any faults or excessive vibration should be checked first at low speed, only then increasing it.
  • Change the speed of the control unit gradually.
  • Unplug the unit when changing drill bits.
  • Be careful and do not allow the cutter head to fall. Doing so may damage or destroy it. If the head is dropped, check that the drill bit is not bent and carefully check that the head does not start to overheat during operation.
  • If there are any problems with the head, do not use it until it has been repaired.
  • Do not plug in the appliance while the handle is open, as this may cause the motor to short circuit.
  • Make sure the unit is switched off before connecting to the power supply to avoid injury from the router starting up suddenly.
  • Do not open the handle while the machine is running!

  • Make sure you switch off the device from the power supply before moving it.
  • Use the correct voltage.
  • Use accessories adapted to the device.
  • To adjust the speed of the milling machine to the individual application, read the operating instructions.
  • Use appropriate protective clothing, especially a mask and safety goggles. Use appropriate dust extraction and ventilation.
  • Keep work area clean, debris can cause accidents.
  • Adjust the revolutions per minute (RPM) according to table 1. Failure to adjust risks an accident.
  • Permissible RPM may vary depending on drill bit and workpiece.

MAINTENANCE:

  • Keep the workplace clean from dust and particles.
  • Remove dust from the head regularly with isopropyl alcohol, avoiding getting the inside of the head wet.
  • Do not apply oil to head parts or clean them with water. The grease in the bearings can melt through the oil.

PRINCIPLES OF SAFE USE:

  • Do not use if the power cord, plug or contact is damaged. Contact the manufacturer. Using a damaged appliance may cause fire or electric shock.
  • When unplugging the power cord, hold it by the plug and do not touch it with wet hands.
  • Do not bend the power cable or press it down with heavy objects. This could damage it.
  • Do not place the milling machine near heating appliances, candles, open flames or cigarettes.
  • Particular care is required when the appliance is used in the vicinity of children, the elderly or invalids.
  • Do not leave children unattended in the room where the milling machine is located.
  • The device should not be used near flammable anesthetics (local anesthetics) or pure oxygen.
  • Operating mode: continuous operation
  • Do not place or use the product in a damp, wet or snowy location. This increases the risk of electric shock or burning of the installation.
  • Do not drop or damage the head. In case of malfunction, dropping, getting wet, do not use the device and contact the manufacturer or service technician. This may  result in vibration of the drill/reamer, overheating of the unit or damage to the bearings.
  • Use the appliance for the purpose indicated in the manufacturer’s instructions and avoid harmful actions.
  • The appliance may cause injury or loss of property if the instructions for use are not followed.
  • The manufacturer and distributor are not responsible for accidents caused by non-compliance with the instructions for use.
