Checklist
- Flush to remove any foreign matter from plumbing lines.
- Ensure mixer is in the closed position during installation and testing.
- In-line filters are recommended to ensure clean flow of water to the mixer.
Mounting
When mounting the body onto the wall frame, take note of the dimensions shown
so the mixer is correctly positioned with the finished wall.
Min/Max: 80100mm Diameter hole: 4255mm
Mixer body must be installed level and square to the wall with the outlet
connection horizontal to ensure correct handle orientation.
Water Supply
Connect water supply to points as illustrated, right. Do not apply heat to the
mixer or pipework connected near the mixer. Damage to the ceramic cartridge
caused by heat near the mixer will void the warranty.
Note: Mixer in-wall must be installed level and square to the finished
wall.
**** In-wall supplied with a protective cover. Do Not remove until all works
complete and ready for handle fitment.
Installation
Step 1
Install the spline extension onto the valve stem if not already done so.
Step 2
Trimming spline extension: Measure 2728mm from the finished wall and trim
spline extension at this finish point.
Step 3
Place the wall plate with O-ring over the body making sure the “C” & “H”
located correctly as shown in diagram.
Step 4
Place flange washer over the flange and screw flange on the body through the
wall plate clockwise until the wall plate flush with the finished wall, as
shown.
Step 5
Locate the handle and tighten handle screw with 2.5mm allen key.
If the handle isn’t horizontal, remove the handle and mark both the valve stem
and spindle extension. Remove extension and reposition by rotating one tooth
at a time until horizontal is achieved.
Tighten handle screw clockwise with 2.5mm allen key supplied and push in
handle button until flush with handle.
Note: to remove handle, push the button into handle to access screw.
Step 6
Apply the push-fit wall plate to the outlet. Screw the outlet onto the in-wall
assembly until level with the wall. Push the wall plate up against the
finished wall to complete the installation.
Step 7
Prior to introducing mains supply it is mandatory that lines are flushed.
Open handle in the mixed position – midway between “C” & “H” and ensure the
aerator is removed from outlet.
