Recommendation: Allow the coffee machine to rest for 1 minute after performing
a continuous 10-minute steam operation to prevent it from overheating.

steam function generates steam at high temperatures, be careful not to get
burned.

steam tube into the milk.
Then turn the steam dial to froth position.

Sleep mode
The coffee machine will automatically enter sleep mode after 15 minutes of no
operation. The On/off button will remain on. Press any button to quit sleep
mode.
We recommend pre-heating the appliance, funnel, filters and cups before taking
the coffee out.
Grinding coffee beans
The coffee should be freshly ground and dark roasted.
Pre-ground coffee powder can only remain scented for 7 to 8 days unless it is
stored in a sealed container and placed in a cool place. Do not store in a
refrigerator or freezer. Whole beans are recommended to be ground just before
use. The fragrance of the coffee beans stored in the sealed container can be
maintained for 4 weeks.
This is a vital step in the espresso making process if you are grinding your
own coffee and takes practice. The coffee must be of a fine grind. The correct
grind should look like salt. If it is too finely ground, water will be
difficultly filter through it. These grinds look like powder and feel like
flour when rubbed between fingers.
If the grind is too coarse, the water flows through the coffee too fast,
preventing a full-flavored extraction.
Before using the coffee-bean grinding function make sure all the components
are installed in place. Img. 4
The marks in the coffee-bean tank are meant to adjust the grinding coarseness. Img.5
0 > Fine grinding level 30 > Coarse grinding level
0 -15 > Slower extraction 15 – 30 > Faster extraction
Press the on/off button, the grinding indicator light will turn on indicating the grinding function is ready to be used. Add coffee beans to the tank. Insert the portafilter and place it on the portafilter holder. Push it forwards for the device to dispense ground coffee and adjust the grinding level with the grinding level dial while the grinder is operating. The grinding level must always be adjusted while the grinder is activated and operating. Turn the portafilter counterclockwise and select single or double, depending on the cup used. The indicator light will flash white during the grinding process. Note: If the portafilter is not fitted properly into position, the indicator will light up in red and will flash.
When the grinder function cannot be used normally, the indicator light on the left side will beep three times. When the bean grinder function is used for 3 minutes in a row, the system will automatically stop the function. After 6 minutes, the system will be able to operate again. When this happens, press the grinder button and the device will beep three times and the light on the left will flash.
Grinding time adjustment
This allows the user to use the grind function by the touch of a button. Long
press the grind button and it will start operating. The system will record it
and the next time the grind button is pressed, it will operate following this.
The system only records times longer than 5 seconds.
Warnings:
Single or double espressos can be brewed only after the device has preheated.
The machine will beep and its indicator lights will turn on when there is not
enough water in the water tank. After refilling it, it will return to normal
conditions. After running the steam function, wait until it enters standby
mode before brewing coffee or dispensing hot water. These functions cannot be
used while the machine cools down. Empty the cup-holder tray when the full
tray indicator raises.
Tube cleaning reminder
The system includes a cleaning-reminder function and a cleaning program, which
requires the user’s cooperation to complete during the cleaning process. The
entire cleaning process is expected to take about 10 minutes. When starting
the cleaning program, make sure the water tank is filled with at least 1 liter
of water. Empty the cup-holder tray and put it back into place. Turn the
device on and activate standby mode. Place two cups into the funnel and screw
it to the funnel holder. The cleaning function can be exited at any time by
pressing the power button. When the cleaning program starts, the indicator
light and the left side light will flash, and will flash during the whole
process. If the descaling system does not start within 1 minute, the appliance
will exit the descaling cycle and return to standby.

Place a 1-liter container under the brewing head and another one under the steam tube. Img. 7

pipe. After two minutes, the sound will change. The froth indicator light will
turn off and the indicator light with the dot will start to flash, indicating
this step has been completed. Turn the dial to this position. Its indicator
lights along with the froth’s and the water drops’ will light up.

Water will start to pump and hot water will come out from the brewing head and
steam pipe.
After two minutes, the sound will change. Descaling will be completed when

The indicator light will turn off and the indicator light with the dot will
start flashing, indicating that the machine has completed this function.
Turn the dial to its starting position.
The froth indicator, along with the one with the dot and the water drops will
all light up.
To indicate the completion of the descaling process, the device will beep and
the power indicator light will flash.
The froth indicator will light up and the dot indicator will start flashing to
remind you to return the dial to starting position. After you turn it, the
device will return to standby mode.
Restoring default settings Long press the four buttons (On/off, grind, single
and double) at the same time. The device will beep and all four indicator will
flash at the same time. With this, the device will return to default settings
