PINGI RCA-1000 Xxl Car Dehumidifier

WARNING: IT IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE A VEHICLE WITH DIRTY OR MISTED WINDOWS THAT IMPEDE THE DRIVERS’ VIEW.
SAFETY
GENERAL
- Remove the plastic bag before first use.
- The car dehumidifier must be secured before driving the vehicle. An unsecured car dehumidifier may slide around inside a moving vehicle, distracting the driver or obstructing the operation of the foot pedals.
- Do not try to open or cut the cloth.
- Do not leave the product in reach of children or pets.
DRYING
- Burn/scalding warning – During the oven/microwave drying process this product will become very hot and extremely hot water vapour will be released. Handle with extreme caution.
- When using a microwave oven for drying:
- Do not exceed the recommended drying time and wattage of the microwave.
- Heating an empty dehumidifier can cause overheating and damage the product and the plate.
- Do not leave the microwave unattended during drying.
- Keep the microwave clean. Oil or grease may damage the PINGI dehumidifier or burn the fabric. Please discard the product if it is greasy or stained.
- When using an oven for drying:
- Do not exceed the recommended baking temperature of the oven.
APPLICATION
The PINGI reusable car dehumidifier effectively removes moisture from the interior of your vehicle. It is your solution to early-morning fogged windows, musty odours and other moisture-related problems.
FUNCTION
- The PINGI car dehumidifier will attract excess moisture and retain it. As the car dehumidifier fills with moisture, it will gradually become heavier until it is time to recharge the product.
DRYING
- Place the pouch in a clean oven dish (pyrex/borosilicate glass) and position the dish in the centre of the oven. Place a sheet of kitchen paper under the product.
MICROWAVE
- Heat your car dehumidifier for 12 minutes at ± 600W.
- Open the door of the microwave and wait for the product to cool down.
- Weigh the bag. Repeat step A if the bag weighs >1150 grams.
OVEN
- Set the oven temperature to 110 °C.
- Heat your car dehumidifier for 3 hours.
CAUTION: Always ensure your car dehumidifier has completely cooled down before handling it or placing it back in the vehicle. Placing a warm product on a sensitive surface may cause permanent stains.
It is also possible to dry your car dehumidifier on a radiator or to place it in the sun for solar drying. This is, however, less effective and takes several days.
NOTES
- At the end of its service life, the product can be disposed of in the trash bin (household waste). Please always comply with local regulation regarding recycling and the collection of waste and inquire with your local government if needed.
- It may take several recharging cycles for the car-dehumidifier to remove all the accumulated dampness from your interior.
