Know the Tripod
Leg Setup
- The legs are folded when taking out from the box.
- Hold the tripod and pull out the Button A in the direction of the arrow.
- Pull up the leg until the Button A automatically gets back in position.
- Pull the leg up to 22755785° after the Button A went back in position. Or directly pull up the leg to the desired angle, then press the upper part of the Button A to lock the leg in position.
Leg Extension/Retraction
- Pull up the leg to 22°.
- Turn the leg lock to the left for 45° to extend or retract the leg. Turn the leg lock to the right to lock the leg section in place.
Interchangeable Rubber Feet & Spikes
- Retract the rubber foot to reveal the metal spike.
DATA CHART
Insert the Column
Instruction: Loosen the column locking knob. Insert the center column.
Tighten the column locking knob to lock the center column in place.
Remove the Column
Instruction: Loosen the column locking knob. Pull up the center column
until it hits the limit. Pull back and hold the small block, then remove the
center column.
Column Ascent/Descent
Loosen the column locking knob. Adjust the center column to the desired height. Tighten the column locking knob to lock the center Column in place.
Convertible 3/8″-16 and 1/4″-20 Screw
3/8″-16 and 1/4″-20 Screw Conversion:
- Press the unlock button to take out the screw. (Fig.A)
- Invert the screw and put it back in position, then release the unlock button.
Leg Tension Adjustment
Twist the screw G with the included Allen key F to adjust the tension of
the leg.
Accessory Ports
- M: 3/8″-16 Accessory Port
- N: 1/4″-20 Accessory Port
Attention
- Do not exceed the recommended maximum load weight (please rerer to the manual.
- Please make sure that the locks are securely tightened when in use.For added safety, please put your wrist through the wrist strap when using the monopod.
- This product should not be used in environments that exceed the following conditions(40 +100°C/40 +212°F). And, when used in damp, dirty or dusty environments, please clean and dry thoroughly after use, to assure proper functioning in the future. It is not recommended to expose this product to saltwater. If exposed, please clean with mild soap and warm water and towel dry.
- Please keep from high temperatures and direct exposure to bright sunlight for extended periods of time
- Please do not leave the equipment alone in a public place, which can be an inconvenience or hazard to others.
- To protect your camera gear, please remove it from the tripod/ball head when transporting from place to place.
- Please use a soft towel with warm water and mild soap to clean the locking system and gliding parts when necessary. Towel dry before storing the monopod.
- Under most situations, there is no need to lubricate any parts of this product. The addition of most lubricants will gum up the mechanisms and reduce their normal gliding characteristics. Please call or email us if you have any questions or special needs.
- Please keep this product away from all electrical power sources.
