Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this product. This is a transmitter-type heart rate monitor that detects stores and sends heart rate data to a compatible smartphone, ANT+ or a compatible 5,3kHz receiver..
IMPORTANT: This product is for sports purposes only and it is not meant to replace any medical advice. (Patients with cardiac pacing or other implant devices should consult their doctors for recommendations)
This manual contains important safety and care information and provides step- by-step instructions for using this product. Please read it thoroughly, and keep it in a safe place for later reference.

Important note: When the device is not worn, it will automaticallygo into shutdown sleep mode and stop the wireless connection. When the heart r ate belt is worn again correctly, it will start automatically

B. Putting on the Chest Belt
a. Wet the conductive pads on the rear of the chest belt with a few drops
of water, saliva, or conductive gel to ensure solid contact. If you have very
dry skin this is particularly necessary to avoid inaccurate measurement.
b. Place the heart rate chest belt across your chest so that the monitor
sits centrally between your chest muscles. Adjust the belt so that it fits
firmly but comfortably against your body. If the chest belt is too loose it
could lead to incorrect heart rate data, particularly with intensive exercise.
c. Attach the monitor to the press studs on the front of the chest belt.
Make sure that the monitor is the correct way around with the right press stud
to your right and the left press stud to your left.
WARNING
Inaccurate heart rate data will be detected if the device is worn the wrong
way around.
WARNING
a. Do not wash the transmitter or belt in a washing machine or dry it in
a dryer. This is strictly prohibited.
b. Before hand washing the device, detach the transmitter with the
electrodes from the heart rate monitor. This part is not washable.
c. While washing the belt, make sure the water is not more than
BATTERIES
The transmitter uses one 3V battery type CR2032. A battery is already installed. The battery typically lasts for one year.
Replacing the Battery
A. Using a coin, twist the battery cover clockwise until you hear it
click out of place.
B. Remove the old battery and insert the new battery with the +side
upwards.
C. Replace the battery cover by twisting it clockwise until it is firmly
in place.
IMPORTANT
- Keep batteries and small articles away from children. If a battery has been swallowed seek immediate medical advice.
- The batteries supplied must not be recharged, reactivated by any other means, dismantled, put into a fire, or short-circuited.
CAUTION:
Always use the correct battery type. If you use the wrong type of battery it
may damage the device.
Battery Regulations / Disposal of Used Batteries
As a distributer of battery and rechargeable battery requiring devices, we are
obligated by law to inform you of the regulations and obligations which
currently apply:
Used batteries may not be disposed of in household waste.
Consumers are legally obliged to take used batteries to a suitable collection
point a local retailer or local authority. You can use this service free of
charge. Alternatively, you can return your used batteries to one of our
stores. If you wish to return them by post, they must be stamped with
sufficient postage. Used batteries may contain pollutants or heavy metals that
can be harmful to the environment and health. In addition, batteries contain
valuable raw materials which can be recycled. The symbols shown on the
batteries have the following meaning:
= the batteries may not be disposed of in household waste.
Please follow the next steps to create a wireless connection to your smartphone.
Step 1.
Go to device settings->general->bluetooth.
Step 2.
Turn on Bluetooth. Do not look for the transmitter to pair. The Bluetooth
smart device will pair automatically with an application.
Step 3.
Select a compatible fitness application from the”app store” and download it to
your phone. Choose a fitness application. For example, MooFit, Wahoo fitness,
Endomondo, Runtastics, Strava Pair the Bluetooth heart rate transmitter with
the fitness application in the application settings. The Bluetooth identifier
of the transmitter starts with “HRM5….”.
Note:
If the chest belt cannot pair with some applications, it might be due to
certain limits of the chest belt, please confirm with the application makers.
ANT
Step 1.
Wear the BLE & ANT+ & 5.3KHz chest belt as instructed.
Step 2.
Make sure the 5.3KHz sports watch is within 0.5m distance.
Step 3.
When you see the heart rate data this means a successful connection.
Note:
Some applications have an ANT+ connection but cannot be used. Those
smartphones with built-in ANT+ accessories may work or you may need to have an
ANT+ dongle to use it. If you want to know whether your phone is compatible
please check the phone specification.
5.3KHz
Step 1.
Wear the BLE & ANT+ & 5.3KHz chest belt as instructed
Step 2.
Make sure the ANT+ sports watch is within 10m distance.
Step 3.
When you see the heart rate data this means a successful connection.
Note:
Every Bluetooth smart device has settings and operating methods
of how to pair with the chest belt, please refer to the device’s user manual.
Bluetooth Smart and ANT+ and 5.3KHz can be used simultaneously. There is no
interference problem.
STORAGE
- When the device starts to work, it will record the heart rate every 2 seconds
- If the workout time does not exceed 2 minutes, the stored data will be discarded
- The stored heart rate data can only be transmitted via Bluetooth. Please download the app.
- Every time the device starts to work, it will try to connect to the downloaded app to transmit the stored data.
- This device has a total of 13 hours of memory for heart rate data storage. When the storage is full, the oldest training data will be overwritten

- Non-coded 5.3KHz watch
