Assembly

- Use the M10x90 expansion screws to fasten the handles to the base structure. Ensure they are tightened properly.

Care, cleaning & maintenance
Cleaning

or other liquids is not covered by the warranty under any circumstances.
Maintenance – Checking the fastening material
Check the tightness of the screws and nuts at least once a month. Tighten them
again if necessary.
Disposal
This device is recyclable. At the end of its useful life, please dispose of it properly. Never dispose of your training device in normal household waste. Dispose of the device exclusively via a municipal or approved disposal company. Observe the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt, ask your city or municipal administration for a proper and environmentally friendly disposal option.

Be sure to strictly follow the maintenance and safety instructions in this
manual.
This training device may only be used for its intended purpose, i.e. for the
physical training of adults.
Any use other than for its intended purpose is not permitted and may result in
a risk of accidents, damage to health or damage to the training device. The
distributor cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper and
inappropriate handling.
Training environment

Personal safety instructions for the training

Assembly

- Carry out the installation carefully, as damage or defects resulting from installation errors are not covered by the warranty or guarantee under any circumstances.
- Therefore, read the instructions carefully before installation, follow the sequence of installation steps exactly and follow the instructions for the individual installation steps.
- The installation of the training device must be carried out conscientiously by adult persons.
- Mount your training device in a place that is level, clean and free of objects that could hinder mounting.
- Please note that there is always a potential risk of injury during assembly work and whenever tools are used.
- Therefore, always be careful when mounting this training device.
- During the individual assembly steps, make sure that all parts are only screwed together by hand and that the screws are only tightened when all components fit exactly.

Assembly step:
Connect the right and left pull-up bar (2-right/3-left.) Use two M8x35 pan
head screws (9), four 08 washers (8) Insert one of the two base frames (1)
each into the receptacles of the pull-up bar and fix the base frames to the
pull-up bar with two hexagon head screws M10x75 (4), four washers 010 (5) and
two lock nuts M10 (7) each.
The heavy-duty dowels included in the scope of delivery are only suitable for
concrete walls. In case of doubt, please obtain technical advice or ask your
specialist dealer to advise you whether the dowels included in the scope of
delivery are suitable for your walls.
ATTENTION: Only use screws or dowels that are suitable for your type of
wall or stone.
Scope of delivery:
- 4 pieces heavy-duty dowels M12/95
- Required drill size: 016
- Minimum drilling depth: 130 mm
- Maximum drilling depth: 150 mm
Assembly instructions:

Step 1: Mark the drill holes very accurately. As soon as the heavy-duty dowel is firmly in place, you will have no more room for manoeuvre.

Step 2: Ideally drill the holes with a percussion drill according to the specifications regarding diameter and drilling depth.

Step 3: As the heavy-duty plug can easily get caught in stone or other dirt, it is essential to clean the drill hole after drilling.

Step 4: For this step you need the help of a second person.
- Person A holds the pull-up bar against the wall so that the drill holes of the pull-up bar match the drill holes in the wall.
- Person B inserts the heavy-duty dowels into the drill holes and hammers them into the required setting depth.
Caution: When hammering in the heavy-duty dowels, make absolutely sure that you do not damage the threads.

Step 5: Tighten the nuts of the heavy-duty plugs.
Note on location selection:
When choosing a location, make sure that the wall is freely accessible and
that there is a safety clearance of at least 50 cm to the right and left of
the pull-up bar and at least 100 cm behind the pull-up bar.
The height should be chosen in a way that there is a distance of at least 10
cm between head and ceiling at the top of the chin-up, where the chin is above
the chin-up bar.

service, we need some data from your fitness equipment or from you. To be able
to assign the exact spare parts to your fitness equipment, we need the product
name, date of purchase and serial number.
If necessary, please fill out the repair order/damage report form of this user
manual completely and send it to us by mail or fax.

MAXXUS® fitness equipment is suitable for different applications depending on
the model. The application area of this equipment is exclusively the home
area.

Semi-professional area:
- Use under supervision in hotels, physiotherapy practices, etc.
- The use in a fitness studio or similar facility is excluded!
- Warranty period: 1 year
Professional area:
Use in a gym or similar facility under the supervision of qualified personnel.
Warranty period: 1 year
If your training device is used in an area not intended for the training
device, a warranty or guarantee claim may expire!
Proof of purchase and serial number
In order to maintain your entitlement to services within the warranty, we
require proof of purchase from you in all cases. Therefore, please always keep
your proof of purchase or invoice and send us a copy in case of warranty as an
attachment to your repair order/damage report without being asked. This will
ensure that your service case is processed quickly. To enable us to clearly
identify your model version, we require the product name, serial number and
date of purchase for service purposes.
Warranty conditions
The warranty period for your training device starts from the date of purchase
and applies exclusively to products purchased directly from MAXXUS Group GmbH
& Co. KG or a direct and authorised distribution partner of MAXXUS Group GmbH
& Co. KG or a direct and authorised sales partner of MAXXUS Group GmbH & Co.
The warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing or material defects.
It only applies to devices purchased in Germany. It does not apply to damage
and defects caused by culpably improper use, negligent or wilful destruction,
lack of or omitted maintenance and/or cleaning measures, force majeure,
operational and thus normal wear and tear, damage caused by the penetration of
liquids, repair or modification of spare parts of foreign origin. The warranty
also does not apply to faulty installation or damage caused by incorrect
installation. Certain components are subject to wear and tear due to use or
normal wear and tear. These components include, for example:
- Ball bearing
- Bearing bushes
- Bearing
- Drive belt
- Switches and buttons
- Running belts
- Running plates
- Running rollers
Signs of wear and tear on these wearing parts are not covered by the warranty. Should the training device be collected from you due to a repair, the disassembly and provision, as well as the receipt and reassembly of the device is necessary. In principle, these services are not covered by the warranty. In the case of individual parts, the defective parts must be sent to our service address well packed and sent by prior arrangement.

cases of a defect occur after the end of the warranty period, or cases that

Please note that additionally required fastening material such as screws,
washers, etc. must be ordered separately. are not included in the scope of
