SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
In the interest of your safety and to ensure correct use, you should read this
instruction manual carefully, including the notes and warnings, before
installing and using the appliance for the first time. To avoid unnecessary
mistakes and accidents, it is important to ensure that those who use the
appliance have thoroughly familiarised themselves with its operation and
safety features. Keep this manual in a safe place and ensure that it remains
with the appliance if it is moved or sold so that anyone who uses the
appliance during its lifetime is adequately informed about its use and safety.
To protect lives and property, follow the instructions in this manual, as the
manufacturer will not be liable for any damage caused by non-observance of
this manual.
SAFETY OF CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE PERSONS
- This appliance can be used by children 8 years of age or older and persons with restricted physical, sensory or intellectual capabilities or a lack of experience and knowledge, if they are observed by a responsible person or if they have received instructions on how to use the appliance safely, and understand the associated hazards.
- Children aged 3 to 8 years may load and unload this refrigerator.
- Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- The appliance may only be cleaned and maintained by children over 8 years of age under the supervision of a responsible adult.
- Keep all packaging out of the reach of children. There is a risk of suffocation.
- When disposing of the appliance, pull out the power plug from the socket, cut the connection cable as close as possible to the appliance and remove the door to prevent playing children from being electrocuted or trapped inside.
- If this appliance with a magnetic door seal is to replace an older appliance with a locking bolt on the door or lid, make sure that this bolt is unusable before disposing of the old appliance. This will prevent it from becoming a death trap for a child.

refrigerators unless they are approved for this purpose by the manufacturer.
WARNING! Do not touch the light bulb if it has been on for a long period
of time, as it may be very hot.
WARNING! When setting up the appliance, take care not to pinch or damage
the power cord.
WARNING! Do not attach multiple sockets or portable power supplies to the
back of the appliance.

Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with flammable propellant in this appliance.

The refrigerant circuit of the appliance contains isobutane (R-600a) refrigerant. This is a natural gas with high environmental compatibility, but it is flammable.

When transporting and installing the appliance, make sure that none of the components of the refrigerant circuit are damaged.

This appliance is designed for household use and similar applications, such as:

WARNING! All electrical components, plugs, power cords, the compressor,
etc. must be replaced by a certified service representative or qualified
service personnel.
WARNING! The light bulb supplied with this appliance is a “special light
bulb” which can only be used with the appliance supplied. This “special light
bulb” is not suitable for household lighting.
- The power cord may not be extended.
- Make sure that the power plug is not crushed or damaged by the back of the appliance. A pinched or damaged power plug may overheat and cause a fire. • Make sure that you can reach the power plug of the appliance
- Do not pull the power cord.
- If the power socket is loose, do not insert the power plug. There is a danger of electric shock or fire.
- You must not operate the appliance without the lamp.
- This appliance is heavy. Be careful when moving it.
- Do not take items out of the freezer or touch them when your hands are damp / wet as this could cause skin abrasions or cold bums.
- The appliance should not be exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time.
DAILY USE
- Do not place hot objects on the plastic parts of the appliance.
- Do not place food directly against the back wall.
- Do not refreeze frozen food once it has been defrosted.
- Store pre-packed frozen food according to the instructions of the frozen food manufacturer.
- The appliance manufacturer’s storage recommendations should be strictly followed; see the relevant instructions.
- Do not place carbonated drinks in the freezer compartment, as this will exert pressure on the container, which may cause an explosion and damage the appliance:
- Ice lollies may cause cold burns if consumed immediately after removal from the appliance.
- To avoid food contamination, please observe the following instructions.
- Opening the door for an extended time may cause a significant temperature increase in the compartments of the appliance.
- Regularly clean surfaces that may come into contact with food as well as accessible drains.
- Clean the water tanks if they have not been used for a period of 48 hours. Flush the water system connected to a water supply if no water has been drawn for a period of 5 days.
- Store raw meat and raw fish in the refrigerator in suitable containers so that it does not come into contact with or drip onto other food.
- Two-star freezer compartments (if present in the appliance) are suitable for storing pre-frozen food, storing or preparing ice cream and making ice cubes.
- One, two and three-star compartments (if present in the appliance) are not suitable for freezing fresh food.
- If the appliance is left empty for an extended period of time, switch it off, defrost, clean and dry it off, and then leave the door open to prevent mould from forming inside the appliance.
CARE AND CLEANING
- Prior to maintenance work, switch off the appliance and pull out the power plug from the socket. Do not use metallic objects to clean the appliance.
- Do not use sharp objects to remove frost from the appliance. Use a plastic scraper.”
- Check the drain in the refrigerator regularly for defrosted water. Clean the drain if necessary. If the drain is clogged, water will collect at the bottom of the appliance.’2

INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT! Carefully follow the instructions for the electrical connection in the individual sections of this manual.
- Unpack the appliance and check it for damage. Do not connect the appliance if it is damaged. Report any damage immediately to the dealer where you bought the appliance. In this case, keep the packaging.
- It is recommended to wait at least four hours before connecting the appliance in order to allow the oil to flow back into the compressor.
- You should ensure adequate air circulation around the appliance, otherwise it could overheat. To ensure adequate ventilation, follow the relevant installation instructions.
- Wherever possible, the product’s spacers should be placed on a wall to prevent contact with hot parts (compressor, condenser) that could cause bums.
- The appliance must not be placed near radiators or stoves.
- Make sure that the power plug is accessible after the appliance has been installed.
SERVICE
- Any electrical work required for servicing the appliance should be carried out by a qualified electrician or a competent person.
- This product must be serviced by an authorised service centre and only original spare parts must be used
SAVING ENERGY
Do not place hot food in the appliance; Do not pack food closely together, as this prevents air circulation;
- Make sure that the food does not come into contact with the back of the compartment; Do not open the door in the event of a power failure;
- Avoid opening the door frequently; • Do not leave the door open for too long;
- Do not set the thermostat to excessively cold temperatures; In place in order to lower energy consumption, all accessories, e.g. drawers, shelves and door shelves, should be left in place.

this product, please contact your local council, your household waste disposal
service or the shop where you purchased this product.
PACKAGING MATERIALS
The materials with the symbol are recyclable. Dispose of the packaging in a suitable collection container for recycling.
DISPOSAL OF THE APPLIANCE
- Pull out the power plug from the socket.
- Cut off the power cord and dispose of it.
WARNING! When using, servicing or disposing of the appliance, please pay
attention to the yellow or orange symbol on the left side located on the back
of the appliance (rear panel or compressor).
This is a fire hazard warning symbol. There are flammable materials in the
refrigerant pipes and the compressor Please keep the appliance away from
sources of fire when using, servicing or disposing of the appliance.

INSTALLATION
SPACE REQUIREMENT
- Choose a location out of direct sunlight;
- Choose a location with enough space for the refrigerator doors to open easily;
- Choose a location with level (or nearly level) ground;
- Allow sufficient space to place the refrigerator on a level surface;
- When installing the appliance, ensure clearance on the right, left, back and top. This will help reduce power consumption and thereby lower energy bills;
- Maintain a distance of at least 50 mm on both sides and on the back.
PLACE OF INSTALLATION
Install this appliance in a place where the ambient temperature corresponds to
the climate class indicated on the type plate of the appliance: for
refrigerators with climate class:
– Subnormal (SN): This refrigerator is for use in ambient temperatures from
10°C to 32°C;
– Normal (N): This refrigerator is for use in ambient temperatures from 16°C
to 32°C;
– Subtropical (ST): This refrigerator is for use in ambient temperatures from
16°C to 38°C;
Tropical (1): This refrigerator is for use in ambient temperatures from 16°C
to 43°C.
LOCATION
The appliance should be placed far away from sources of heat, such as
radiators, boilers, direct sunlight, etc. Make sure that the air can circulate
freely at the back of the refrigerator. If the appliance is placed under an
overhanging wall cabinet, the minimum distance between the top of the
appliance and the wall cabinet must be at least 50 mm to ensure optimum
performance. Ideally, however, the appliance should not be placed under an
overhanging wall cabinet. Accurate levelling is ensured by one or more
adjustable feet at the base of the appliance. This refrigerator is not
intended for use as a built-in appliance.
WARNING! It must be possible to disconnect the appliance from the power
supply; for this reason, the plug must remain easily accessible after
installation. Suitable induction cookware with a magnetic base, e.g.: cast
iron, steel, enamelled steel, stainless steel with a magnetic base.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Before plugging in the power cord, make sure that the voltage and frequency
indicated on the type plate match your household power supply. The appliance
must be earthed. The plug of the power supply cable is provided with a contact
for this purpose. If the socket of your household power supply is not earthed,
the appliance must be earthed in accordance with current regulations. A
qualified electrician should be consulted for this purpose.
The manufacturer accepts no liability if the above safety precautions are not
observed. This appliance complies with EEC directives.
CHANGING THE DOOR HINGE
Before changing the door hinge, have the following tools and materials ready:
Slotted screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, wrench and the parts included in
the plastic bag:

Unscrew the upper hinge cover and disconnect the plugs from the door switch and wiring harness.

Unscrew the upper hinge.
-
Remove the pin with a screwdriver and turn over the hinge holder. Then re-insert the pin into the hinge holder.
-
Move the door switch from the right hinge cover to the left hinge cover found in the accessory bag.
-
Remove the cover from the top of the upper door, move the wiring harness from the right to the left side and refit the cover.
-
Fit the upper left cover on the right side.
-
Remove the upper door, use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw of the middle hinge, then remove the lower door.
-
Fit the hinge hole covers from the left side to the right side.
-
Unscrew the lower hinge. Then remove the adjustable feet from both sides.
-
Unscrew and remove the lower hinge pin, turn over the holder and reattach it.
-
Refit the holders with the lower hinge pin. Refit the two adjustable feet.
-
Remove the closing aids from the bottom of the upper and lower doors, then take the new closing aids from the accessory bag and fit them on the left-hand side.
-
Loosen the door seals of the refrigerator and freezer and refit them after turning them
-
Insert the bottom door, adjust and attach the middle hinge to the cabinet.
-
Replace the upper door. Make sure that the door is aligned with the refrigerator so that the door seal seals the refrigerator tightly. Then tighten the upper hinge to connect the door to the refrigerator.

Connect the wiring harnesses of the door and the refrigerator. Then refit the upper hinge cover. Before tightening the cover, connect the terminals of the door switch.
SPACE REQUIREMENT
- Leave enough space for the doors to open.
- Maintain a distance of at least 50 mm on both sides and on the back.
LEVELLING THE APPLIANCE
To do this, adjust the two levelling feet on the front of the appliance.
If the appliance is not level, the doors and magnetic seals will not be
covered properly.
OPERATING PANEL
USING THE OPERATING PANEL
1.1
Button operation (A & B & C)
Refrigerator compartment temperature control
This button is available in Custom mode and SUPER mode, but not in ECO mode
and Holiday mode. Briefly touch this button to select the refrigerator
temperature.
Freezer compartment temperature control
This button is available in Custom mode and Holiday mode, but not in SUPER
mode and ECO mode. Briefly touch this button to select the freezer
temperature.
Select Mode / Lock / Unlock
Press and hold this button for 3 seconds to lock or unlock the operating
panel. In “Unlock” status, briefly touch this button to select the operation
mode (ECO mode / Holiday mode / SUPER mode / Custom mode).
1.2 Display (1 & 2)

Display of the set refrigerator compartment temperature
This area displays the temperature set in the refrigerator compartment. If EO, £1, E2, £3, ES is displayed here, please contact customer service. -
Display of the set freezer compartment temperature
This area displays the temperature set in the freezer compartment.
1.3 Display (3, 4, 5 & 6) -
ECO mode display
This display lights up when ECO mode is selected. -
Holiday mode display
This display lights up when the Holiday mode is selected. -
SUPER mode display
This display lights up when SUPER mode is selected. -
Lock / Unlock display
This display lights when the operating panel is locked.
2 Display of the buttons
2.1 Operation and display
- The operating panel lights up completely for 3 seconds and the same function that was set before the light went out is displayed. After that, the operating panel is ready for operation.
- Prior to operation, make sure that the operating panel is unlocked.
- If locked, the lock display will flash for 3 seconds if you briefly touch any operating button, but you will not be able to perform any operations.
- The operating panel is locked 25 seconds after the last operation.
- The light of the operating panel goes out completely 2 minutes after the last operation.
- The operating panel lights up as soon as the door of the refrigerator compartment is opened.
- The operating panel lights up as soon as the operating buttons are briefly touched. « Abeep sounds immediately each time a button is pressed.
2.2 Refrigerator compartment temperature setting
- Ifyou briefly press the button multiple times in succession in Custom mode or SUPER mode, the set temperature of the refrigerator compartment is displayed in a range from 2°C to 8°.
- The set temperature is confirmed after the display flashes for 5 seconds.
2.3 Freezer compartment temperature setting
- If you briefly press the button multiple times in succession in Custom mode, the set temperature of the freezer compartment is displayed in a range from -14°C to -22°C.
- The set temperature is confirmed after the display flashes for 5 seconds.

- The temperature of the Fresh Zone can be adjusted according to the type of food stored.
- You can gradually lower the temperature in the Fresh Zone by sliding the knob from bottom to top.
- If the knob is in the “CRISPER™ position, the Fresh Zone can function as a crisper zone (vegetable compartment) and maintain the appropriate temperature and humidity for fruits and vegetables.
- When the knob is in the “FRESH” position, this area is suitable for the short-term storage of fish or other fresh food.
- The food will remain fresh but will not be frozen, making this area most suitable for storing fresh food.
- Tips: If you select the “FRESH” function, it is recommended that you set the refrigerator temperature to below 4°C. In addition, to ensure the best possible freshness, the storage time should not exceed 3 days.
2.6 ECO mode
Activate ECO mode:
- Briefly press the ****button multiple times in succession when (ECO mode display) lights up; ECO mode is now selected.
- The ECO mode display flashes for 5 seconds, then ECO mode is activated.
- When ECO mode display is activated, the refrigerator / freezer temperature is automatically set to 5°C /-18°C.
- If you set the refrigerator or freezer temperature manually in ECO mode, the ECO mode display will flash for 3 seconds and it is not possible to set the refrigerator and freezer temperature.
Deactivate ECO mode:
- Briefly touch the ****button when the ECO mode display is no longer illuminated; the appliance will deactivate ECO mode.
2.7 Holiday mode
Activate Holiday mode:
- Briefly press the ****button multiple times in succession when (Holiday mode display) lights up; Holiday mode is now selected.
- The Holiday mode display flashes for 5 seconds, then Holiday mode is activated.
- When Holiday mode is activated, the refrigerator temperature is set automatically; it is possible to set the freezer compartment temperature.
- If you set the refrigerator temperature manually in Holiday mode, the Holiday mode display will flash for 3 seconds and it is not possible to set the refrigerator temperature.
Deactivate Holiday mode:
- Briefly touch the ****button when the Holiday mode display is no longer illuminated; the appliance will deactivate Holiday mode.
2.8 SUPER mode
Itis advisable to set SUPER mode 24 hours in advance if you need to freeze
a lot of food at once.
Activate SUPER mode:
- Briefly press the ****button multiple times in succession when (SUPER mode display) lights up; SUPER mode is now selected.
- The SUPER mode display flashes for 5 seconds, then SUPER mode is activated.
- When SUPER mode is activated, the freezer temperature is set automatically to -25°C; it is possible to set the freezer compartment temperature.
- If you set the freezer temperature manually in SUPER mode, the SUPER mode display will flash for 3 seconds and it is not possible to set the freezer temperature.
Deactivate SUPER mode:
- Briefly touch the ****button when the SUPER mode display is no longer illuminated; the appliance will deactivate SUPER mode.
WARNING!!!
In SUPER mode, the appliance continues to run under high load; the noise level
is somewhat higher than during normal operation.
2.9 Custom mode
- Briefly touch the ****button until all lights of the ECO mode display / holiday mode display /SUPER mode display go out; Custom mode is now activated.
In Custom mode, users can manually set the freezer and refrigerator
temperature.
2.10 Door opening alarm function
If the refrigerator door is left open for 60 seconds, a door opening alarm is
triggered.
DAILY USE
INITIAL START-UP
Cleaning the interior
Before you put the appliance into operation for the first time, to remove the
typical smell of a brand- new product, wash the interior and all interior
accessories with lukewarm water and a little neutral soap, then dry
thoroughly.
Important note! Do not use any detergents or abrasive cleaning agents, as
these will damage the surface.
DAILY USE
Place different foods in the different compartments according to the following
table

Middle drawer / shelf for frozen vegetables. Top drawer /shelf for ice cream,
frozen fruit and frozen bakery products.
Freezing fresh food
- The freezer compartment is suitable for freezing fresh food and for the long-term storage of frozen and deep-frozen food.
- Place the fresh food you want to freeze in the lower compartment.
- The maximum amount of food that can be frozen within 24 hours is indicated on the type plate.
- The freezing process takes 24 hours: No other food should be frozen during this time.
Storing frozen food
When using the appliance for the first time or after an extended period of
non-use, allow the appliance to run on the highest setting for at least 2
hours before placing food in the compartment.
IMPORTANT! In case of accidental defrosting, e.g. if the power has been
switched off for longer than the value indicated in the table of technical
characteristics under “Defrosting time”, the defrosted food must be consumed
quickly or cooked immediately and then refrozen (after cooking).
Defrosting
Deep-frozen or frozen food can be thawed in the refrigerator or at room
temperature before use, depending on how much time is available for this
process. Small pieces can even be cooked while still frozen, straight from the
freezer. In this case, cooking will take longer.
Additional movable shelves
The walls of the refrigerator are equipped with a series of guide rails so
you can position the shelves as desired!
Positioning the door shelves
The door shelves can be removed for cleaning. To remove the shelves, proceed
as follows: Pull the door shelves slowly in the direction of the arrow until
they are released. After cleaning the door shelves, put them back in place.
Removing the bottom drawer
- Pull out the bottom drawer to the stop position.
- Lift the front of the drawer.
- Pull out the bottom drawer.
HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS
Hints for freezing food
The following are some important hints to help you get the most out of the
freezing process:
- The maximum amount of food that can be frozen within 24 hours is indicated on the type plate;
- The freezing process takes 24 hours. No other food should be frozen during this time;
- Freeze only good quality, fresh and thoroughly cleaned food;
- Prepare food in small portions so that it can be frozen quickly and completely and so you can later defrost only the amount you need;
- WRAP THE FOOD IN ALUMINIUM FOIL OR POLYETHYLENE AND MAKE SURE THAT THE FOOD IS WRAPPED AIRTIGHT;
- Inorder to prevent already frozen food from increasing in temperature, make sure it does not come into contact with fresh, non-frozen food;
- Lean foods can be stored better and longer than those containing fat, and salt reduces the shelf life of foods;
- Water ice consumed immediately after removal from the freezer may cause cold burns upon contact with the skin;
- It is recommended to mark the date of freezing on each individual pack in order to prevent unnecessarily removing packs from the freezer compartment, which may possibly cause cold bums to the skin;
- It is recommended to mark the freezing date on each individual pack so that you can keep track of the storage time.
Hints for storing frozen food
To get the best performance from this appliance, you should:
- ensure that any commercially frozen food was properly stored by the retailer;
- take care to transport the frozen food from the grocery shop to the freezer as quickly as possible;
- not open the door frequently or leave it open longer than necessary. Once defrosted, food spoits quickly and cannot be refrozen.
- Do not exceed the storage time specified by food manufacturers.
Hints for refrigerating fresh food
For the best performance:
- Do not place hot food or evaporating liquids in the refrigerator.
- Cover or wrap food, especially if it has a strong smell.
Hints for refrigerating
Helpful hints:
- Pack (all types of) food in potyethylene bags and place them on the glass shelves above the vegetable drawer.
- Tobe on the safe side, onty store them in this way for a day or two.
- Cooked food, cold dishes etc.: These should be covered and can be placed on any shelf.
- Fruits and vegetables: These should be cleaned thoroughly and placed in the designated drawer.
- Butter and cheese: These should be placed in special airtight containers or wrapped in aluminium foil or polyethylene bags in order to trap as little air as possible.
- Milk bottles: These should have a lid and should be stored in the door shelves inside the door.
- Bananas, potatoes, onions and garlic should not be kept in the refrigerator unwrapped.
CLEANING
For hygienic reasons, the interior of the appliance, including the accessories
in the interior, should be cleaned regularty.
CAUTION! The appliance must not be connected to the power supply during
deaning. Danger of nelectric shock! Before cleaning, you must switch off the
appliance and unplug the power plug or turn off the circuit breaker or fuse.
Never clean the appliance with a steam cleaner. Moisture could accumulate in
the electrical components, resulting in a danger of electric shock! Hot
vapours may cause damage to plastic parts. The appliance must be dry before it
is put back into operation.
IMPORTANT! Essential oils and organic solvents may attack plastic parts,
e.g. lemon juice or the juice of orange peel, butyric acid and cleaning agents
containing acetic acid.
- Make sure that such substances do not come into contact with the appliance parts.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
- Remove the food from the freezer. Store it well-covered in a cool place.* Switch off the appliance and unplug the power plug or turn off the circuit breaker or fuse.
- Clean the appliance and the accessories in the interior with a cloth and lukewarm water. After cleaning, wipe everything with fresh water and rub dry.
- Once everything is dry, put the appliance back into operation.
REPLACING THE LAMP
The interior lighting is an LED lamp. To replace the lamp, please contact our
customer service.
CAUTION! Before troubleshooting, disconnect the appliance from the power
supply. Any troubleshooting procedures not listed in this manual should only
be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent person.
IMPORTANT! Some noises can be heard during normal operation (compressor,
refrigerant circuit).

The door has been open for a long time.| Open the door only as long as
necessary.
A large amount of hot food has been placed in the appliance within the last 24
hours.| Temporarily turn the temperature control to a colder setting.
The appliance is located near a source of heat.| Please refer to the section
on the place of Installation.
There is a lot of frost on the door seal.| The door seal is not airtight.|
Carefully heat the non-airtight areas of the door seal with a hair dryer (on a
cool setting). As you do this, shape the heated door seal by hand so that it
fits properly.
Unusual noises.| The appliance is not level.| Adjust the levelling feet.
The appliance is in contact with the wall or other objects.| Move the
appliance slightly.
A component, e.g. a pipe, on the back of the appliance is in contact with
another part of the appliance or the wall.| If necessary. carefully bend the
component out of the way.
Water on the floor.| The water drainage hole Is clogged.| See the section on
cleaning and care.
The side panels are hot.| This is normal. The heat exchange parts are located
on the sides.| If you need to touch the sides. put on gloves.
