Dry food vacuum sealing
Fill the vacuum sealer bag to a maxi-mum of 2/3 of its total volume.
- Press the two buttons on both sides of the vacuum sealer to open the lid of the device.
- Place the bag with the open side in the vacuum sealer so that its edge completely covers the vacuum chamber.
- Make sure that the surface of the bag is clean, dry and free of creases, and lower the lid of the appliance properly until you hear an audible click.
- Press DRY to set dry food vacuum sealing. Then press the VAC SEAL button. The vacuum sealer automatically extracts the air and creates a seal using the sealing bar.

Vacuum sealing food with higher moisture content.
- Fill the vacuum sealer bag to a maxi-mum of 2/3 of its total volume.
- Press the MOIST button to set the vacuum sealing of food with higher moisture content. Then press the VAC SEAL button. The vacuum sealer automatically extracts the air and creates a seal using the sealing bar.
- Once the air evacuation is complete, the VAC SEAL indicator turns off and the bag can be removed.
Sealing
- Insert the vacuum sealer bag with the open side into the vacuum sealer so that its edge extends beyond the rubber strip under the vacuum chamber by at least 1.5 cm. Make sure that the surface of the bag is clean, dry and free of creases, and lower the lid of the appliance properly until you hear an audible click.
- Press the SEAL button. The LED indicator of the button lights up and a firm seal is made in the place of the sealing bar. The sealing process takes about 6 to 10 seconds.
Air extraction from an external container
- Put the required food in an external container. Attach the wider connector of the suction hose to the air suction opening and the narrower connector to the opening of the external container.
- Press the external air suction button next to the opening.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, unplug the power cord and let the appliance cool down.
- Remove any dirt or liquid residue from the vacuum chamber. Then clean it with a slightly damp cloth and wipe dry thoroughly.
- To clean the external surfaces, use a cloth slightly dampened in water with the addition of a gentle kitchen detergent. Then wipe everything thoroughly dry.
- Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaners, thinners, etc. for cleaning.
Storage
- There is a groove on the bottom of the vacuum sealer for winding the power cable, into which you can wind the cable if you will not be using the vacuum sealer for a long time. This will prevent the risk of damage or catching of the power cord during storage.
- Store the appliance in a clean and dry place and protect it from direct sunlight.
TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
- Do not overfill the bags. Leave enough space in them so that you can insert them with the open side into the vacuum sealer and easily close its lid. Fill the vacuum bags so that there is at least 2.5 cm of free space under their edge.
- Make sure that the open side of the bag you insert into the vacuum sealer is clean, dry and free of creases. Moisture or creases can cause not forming firm seal or not to form a seal at all.
- Vacuum packaging cannot replace food storage in the refrigerator or freezer. Store perishable food in a vacuum pack in the refrigerator or freezer. This will extend their durability.
- We recommend wrapping sharp-edged items or dried pasta in a paper towel be-fore placing them in a vacuum bag. This will protect it from damage.
- For foods with higher moisture content, there may be problems sealing the bag. If this happens, remove some of the food, clean the edges of the bag properly and try to seal it again.
- The tightness of the vacuum bag can be verified by immersing it in water. Bubbles will escape where the bag is not sealed.
- If a complete vacuum is not created in the bag, the food will spoil. Spoiled food must be disposed of
- Do not use the vacuum bags repeatedly if they have stored raw meat, fish, fatty foods, etc., or if you have heated the food in the microwave or boiling water.
