WARNINGS

- If you are unsure about the installation or the maintenance of the wall light, please consult an electrician.
- Do not make or alter any holes in the wiring enclosure or modify any electrical componentry.
CAUTIONS
- To insure personal safety, proper grounding of the electrical fixture is required.
- The fixture must be wired in accordance with the National Electric Code and applicable local codes or ordinances.
- Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor.
FIXTURE MOUNTING AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure power has been switched off before starting installation.

If you are replacing an exisitng fixture, remove and disconnect the old fixture first.

Thread the fixture cord through the provided lock washer and hanging hook.

Tighten the hanging hook until the lock washer is fully compressed.

Loosen the retaining screw on the hanging hook and hang the fixture on customer supplied chain or eye bolt.

Tighten the retaining screw to secure the fixture.

Connect the black wire (hot or L1) from the fixture to the black supply wire (hot or L1). Using the provided wire nut. Connect the white wire (neutral or L2) from the fixture to the white supply wire (neutral or L2). Using the provided wire nut.
Connect the ground wire (green) from the fixture to the ground supply wire (green or bare copper). Using the provided wire nut. -
Tuck all wires carefully into the junction box ensuring that no wires are pinched or have exposed strands. Ensure the junction box is properly covered.

Restore power and ensure proper operation of the fixture.
Note: Ensure the eye bolt or chain and supporting structure have an approiate strength rating to support the fixture weight of 6lbs.
3 YEAR WARRANTY
Maxxima extends a 3 year limited warranty to the original purchase that the products listed are free from defects in material and/or workmanship only. Maxxima will replace any warrantied product to the original consumer/purchaser if the product fails because of defects due to workmanship and/or materials within the limited warranty period. Limited warranty is not transferable and applies to the original installation of the Maxxima product.
