Information
First of all, thank you for choosing our NR series.
This product is a retransfer card printer that prints images and texts worked on a computer on the surface of a film and then heats them with the pre- printed film on a PVC card. It supports not only magnetic cards designed to allow users to issue cards according to the required specifications in a short time, but also IC cards and RF card issuance functions (option) in accordance with the trend of the times, and also to meet the needs of various customers. Data such as various bar codes, magnets, and photos can be easily edited/printed by linking with Excel. This device is suitable not only for financial systems, but also for membership cards of various membership and bonus card systems, and other employee IDs and passes, and provides quick service with higher mobility by printing directly on the user’s PVC card. 11 Film recovery core knob| When installing the film, turn the knob to prevent
sagging.

13 Cartridge Removable Button| It is used to remove the cartridge.
14 Ribbon Cartridges| it is used when installing a ribbon. (Up to 600 sheets
of film can be installed)

the printer.
16 Ribbon recovery core knob| when installing the ribbon turn the recovery
core knob to prevent squashing

lock and open the card stacker and reject boxes.

Install Cleaning Roller

Hold the card Hopper and pull it in the direction of the arrow to remove it

Remove the existing cleaning roller by pulling it in the direction of the arrow.
Caution
When replacing the ribbon, it is recommended to replace the cleaning roller
as well. (Provided with ribbon and cleaning roller)
If the cleaning roller is not replaced, it may cause fatal damage to print
quality and important parts due to dust or contaminants.

Remove the cleaning roller installation guide as shown in the image below and discard the contaminated cleaning roller.

Install the new cleaning roller with installation guide as shown in the image below.

Remove protective tape to prevent fingerprint marks or contamination.

Align the cleaning roller with the ‘U-shaped holder’ on the mounting
area’ and push it in the forward direction -
With the cleaning roller installed, hold the cleaning roller protection tape with one hand and rotate the cleaning roller with the other hand to remove the protective tape.
Load Cards
remove the card static electricity
It is recommended to load cards in the manner shown in the image below to prevent card jams.

Hold the appropriate amount of cards and tilt them back and forth a few times to separate them from each other.

Align cards and load cards inside the input hopper as shown in the image below.

Slightly press the side of the input hopper and lift it up.

Lift the CARD WEIGHT PRESS and fix it until it clicks
Caution: – When the CARD WEIGHT PRESS is properly fixed, it is fixed on the top of the card hopper as shown in the image below.

Load the cards in the Input Hopper in the same way as in the image below.
Caution:
Make sure that the IC chip is facing the outside.
If IC Cards are not placed correctly, then an error will occur. -
Close the cover, and place the Input Hopper in the tray.

Load the cards in the card hopper in the same way as in the image.
The hinge located in the input card hopper to prevent card separation. When
the input card hopper is installed, the card is transferred to the printer
with the ‘Hinge’ open. And when the input card hopper is removed, the ‘Hinge’
is automatically closed to prevent displacement.

Slightly press the side of the input hopper and lift it up.

Lift the CARD WEIGHT PRESS and fix it until it clicks
Caution: When the CARD WEIGHT PRESS is properly fixed, it is fixed on the top of the card supply tray as shown in the below image.

Load the cards in the Input Hopper in the same way as in the image below.
Caution: Make sure that the IC chip is facing the outside. -
Close the card input hopper cover and when it is closed, the Card Weight Press automatically moves to the card loading position.
