Protection and maintenance of cutting boards
Dear customer,
thank you for purchasing a quality Czech product. We’ve put together a few
tips to ensure you’re happy with it for a long time. The board is glued with a
high quality waterproof glue and factory impregnated with vegetable oil. It is
made of a living material that requires maintenance.
It is therefore essential that you treat it with this oil to guarantee a long
service life.
Protection and maintenance of cutting boards
- After washing in warm water and detergent, wipe the cutting board immediately with a dry cloth.
- Do not place it on heat sources and protect it from direct sunlight.
- When drying, do not leave it standing on edges with glued joints.
- Make sure it never stays soaked in water.
- The dishwasher is completely unsuitable for washing cutting board.
This product is intended for normal household use. When using it to serve hot food in restaurants, you have to take into account its faster wear and tear.
We believe that the board will serve you for a long time if you follow the above advice.
