Care Information
If your product is damaged in any way, or you’re not sure how to use it, please consult our support team (www.philandteds.com/support).
- Brush dirt (or cracker crumbs) off the frame & wheels regularly.
- Clean frame with non-abrasive household cleaner & a soft cloth. Always dry frame if wet.
- Your buggy fabric can be sponge cleaned with warm water, using mild natural soap. Do not use detergents or bleach on your buggy.
- Improper care will void any warranties. Do not use your buggy if deterioration is detected or suspected.
- Do not use your buggy on stairs or escalators.
- Always use the handle tether strap.
- Excessive wear can reduce effectiveness & safety. Parts may need lubrication. Inspect essential components for:
• Fraying – especially webbing straps & safety harness.
• Wear – locks, snap fasteners, tyres, plastic & moving parts
• Safety – locks must not be loose.
Important Information
Tyres
- Sport verso™ uses air filled tyres, the valve is car-size. Manually inflate to 20 – 22psi max.
- Releasing air gives a softer ride but lower pressure reduces tread life.
- New inner tubes and tyres are generally available (2 1/4” x 12 1/2” tyre) from your dealer, cycle or specialist wheel shops. Standard tyre kits can repair punctures.
- A flat tyre can result from grit holding the valve open. To check: inflate tyre, deflate rapidly, and re-inflate.
- Tyres and tubes are not under warranty. Do not over inflate. Tyre pressure is affected by heat especially when inside parked cars.
Warranty
- All of our products have a one year warranty from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.*
- Additionally, when you register your product online within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a 2 year warranty free of charge.
- Once registered, you can further extend the warranty to 3 years by purchasing the extended warranty option within 30 days of purchase.
