Charger Adaptation Requirements

For charger adaptation, please refer to the input voltage/current value on the back of the product you purchased.

This product only supports chargers with the above specifications,and the chargers must meet Chinese national standards.
If the machine is not used fora long time, please charge the product once every three months, and then place it on the tip of the machine after it is fully charged. -
For a machine that has been placed for a long time, the first time it is used, it needs to be pre-charged with a charger for more than 30 minutes before the charging status is displayed.
Precautions
This product is a high-precision digital electronic product, please read carefully and strictly observe the following precautions: This machine is composed of high-precision integrated circuits, please do not disassemble it by yourself to avoid strong collision. Do not tear off the protective film on the touch screen, and it is strictly forbidden to click the touch screen with sharp objects (such as pen nails), which will damage the screen.
- lf the machine crashes due to improper operation, it can be reset by pressing9 the reset hole with the card pin.
- Do not store the machine in environments with high temperature, high pressure humidity, strong static electricity and magnetic fields.
- Never use aggressive chemical solvents when cleaning the machine.
- When the unit indicates that the battery is low, you should charge it as soon as possible.
- When playing words, sentences, music, and videos, please adjust the volume to an appropriate position to avoid excessive volume affecting battery life and hearing.
- When unplugging the earphone and USB plug, it is strictly forbidden to pull out the cable by force, and the plug should be pulled out.
- When the touch screen is in use, do not pinch or touch objects with your hands! Otherwise, it will affect normal use or not answer.

First boot wizard
This wizard will help you quickly select the language, time zone, set up WiFi
network, user and computer name and other information. You can follow the
prompts in the wizard and make user-friendly setings to start your premium
experience.

- Power button:
- In shutdown state, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on

USB OTG function
The USB OTG function can support the connection between this product and other mobile devices (U disk, mobile hard disk, 3G network card, mouse, etc keyboard.) for data exchange.
- To use the USB OTG function, the mobile device must be connected to this product through an OTG cable:
- When using the USB OTG function, the battery power of this product must be kept above 50%; the connection of high-power mobile devices should use an independent power supply device.

Wi-Fi wireless connection
- Click the “Settings” function icon to enter the setting list interface, click to select the “WLAN” or “WiFi” item to enter the WiFi setting menu;
- Slide the switch to tum on the W-F function, and the system will automatically scan the attached Wl-F hotspot signal;
- Select and click the W-F signal that can be connected, enter the corresponding password, and click “Connect”.
Card and mobile network connection
- After inserting the SlM card in the off state, boot into the system:
- Click the “Settings” icon to enter the settings list interface, click to select the Data usage” menu:
- Slide the switch and turn on “Mobile Data Network”.
- The card slot is in the cover of the right shell, and the card can be loaded by opening the cover.

Bluetooth connection
- 1. Click the “Settings” function icon to enter the setting interface, click to select “Bluetooth:
2. Slide the switch to turn on Bluetooth, the system will automatically scan the Bluetooth signal of the accessory:

Display setting
Click the “Settings” function icon to enter the setting list interface, click
to select the “Display” menu
- Brightness: Swipe the progress bar to adjust the brightness of the screen backlight display:
- Sleep can set the time when the system is not operating, the system automatically shuts down the screen and sleeps:
- Automatic rotation: You can set to lock the current screen orientation, or automatically rotate the screen orientation according to the device orientation
Sound settings
Click the “Settings” icon to enter the setting list interface, click to select the “Beep and Notification” menu
- Swipe the progress bar to adjust the volume of media, alarm clock and ringtone;
- Notification ringtones can be set as notification ringtones!
- Phone ringtones can be set as ringtones for incoming calls:
- Other sounds: You can turn on or off the screen lock sound, touch sound

Can’t turn on, can’t charge
- There is a small hole next to the power button and poke it with a toothpick, then press and hold the power button for ten seconds to power on.
- Charge the tablet for more than 30 minutes, and then press the power button.
Application management
Click the “Settings” function icon to enter the settings, click to select the
“Apps” menu, you can uninstall the application, clear the default operation,
clear the cache, clear the data, force stop and other operations.
User
Click the “Setings” function icon to enter the setting interface, click to
select the “User” menu
- It can support multiple user logins:
- Each user can set up exclusive personal applications and content.
Location information
Click the “Settings” function icon to enter the setting list interface, click
to select the “Location Information” menu.
- Slide the switch to turn on or off the positioning function:
- Click “Mode” to select the positioning method.
Security Settings
Click the “Settings” function to enter the settings list interface, click to select the “Security” menu.
- Screen lock method: You can choose the screen lock method of sliding, pattern PIN code and password respectively:
- Unknown sources: Slide the switch to set whether to allow the installation of local applications.
Language and input
Click the “Settings” function icon to enter the setting list interface, and
click the Language and input method” menu.
- Language: switchable system language
- Input method: The system default input method can be set.
Account management
Click the “Settings” function icon to enter the settings list interface, click to select the “Account Management” menu.
- Add Account: You can add accounts for applications in the system
- Management functions such as synchronizing data can be performed on existing accounts.
Reset
- Click the “Settings” function icon to enter the settings interface, click the “Backup and reset” menu, and select “Restore to factory settings”.
- Restoring the factory settings will clear all user data, please pay attention to backup.
Date and time
Click the “Settings” function icon to enter the setting list interface.
- The system automatically synchronizes the date and time when it is connected to the network. Swipe to turn off function, set date and time manually:
- Automatically determine the time zone: After swiping the function, it will automatically synchronize the time zone when connected to the network.
- 24-hour format: swipe to open the function, it can be displayed in 24-hour format.
Common problem
The machine cannot be turned on
Check whether the battery is charged, forcibly turning on the battery without
power will damage the battery. After connecting the power adapter, turn it on
again to check.
If it still cannot be turned on after charging. please contact customer
service.

The touch screen is not working properly
In the charging state, and there is a strong source of interference in the power environment, disconnect the charger. Connect to the computer, and the ground wire of the computer is not well grounded. If there is strong interference, other software may cause the system to die. Press and hold the shutdown button to shut down and then restart. -
Abnormal charging
When the battery is exhausted and cannot be charged, plug in the charger, insert a sharp object such as a pin into the RESET reset hole to reset or press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to release, and then charge for more than 4 hours. -
The screen keeps flickering after booting
Insufficient battery, please charge. Check if there is a tick option in “Settings” – “Developer Options”. -
No sound from headphones
No sound from speakers and headphones. check if the volume is set to 0.
Please check whether the headset is connected well and whether there is any problem with the connecting line.

Crashes or doesn’t turn on
If the machine crashes during use, insert a sharp object such as a card pin into the RESET reset hole to reset or press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to shut down. Can’t connect to computer. Check if the USB cable is propely connected to the computer, and confirm if “Turn on the USB storage device. Please try not to use the front USB of the computer for connection. The downloaded video cannot be played. This machine is compatible with most video files on the Internet. However, due to the different video formats, encoding methods, resolutions and other parameters provided by the Internet, some video files may not be played or play abnormally. Use third-party video conversion software to convert the frile format within the range supported by this machine on the computer, and then copy it to this machine for playback. -
Can’t connect to Wi-Fi
The password for the wireless network was entered incorrectly. The distance from the router is too far. There is a problem with the setting of the wireless router, such as using a Chinese screen name, there are other restrictions An encrypted wireless network like “Telecom My E Home” is used. -
Can’t access the learning system
If the machine is reset to factory settings, or the relevant registration information of the learning system is cleared, so that it cannot enter the learning system, connect to Wifi and then enter.
