SAFETY
- By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the damage.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make sure the cord cannot become entangled.
- The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface.
- The user must not leave the device unattended while it is connected to the supply.
- This appliance is only to be used for household purposes and only for the purpose it is made for.
- This appliance shall not be used by children aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 and supervised.
- To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in the water or any other liquid.
- Do not allow children to use the device without supervision.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Always disconnect the device from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times, because it comes into direct contact with food.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments.
- By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments.
- Bed and breakfast type environments.

- Accessories, other than those supplied with the appliance cannot be used.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
- Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
- Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
- Put the power cable into the socket. (Note: Make sure the voltage which is indicated on the device matches the local voltage before connecting the device. Voltage 220V-240V 50/60Hz)
- Never use the mixer for longer than 10 minutes continuously, after this allow the mixer to cool down for 30 minutes.
USE
Use of the mixing bowl
- Revolve the release lever, then lift the machine arm.
- Place the mixing bowl on the device and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into place.
- Fix the mixing bowl cover onto the machine arm, make sure the recess is in line with the tab on the machine arm.
- Fit the desired accessory in the shaft, and lock it by turning the accessory anticlockwise.
- Now fill the mixing bowl with your ingredients.
- Push the arm down until the release lever clicks back into place.
- Insert the mains plug into a properly installed safety power socket.
- Switch on the machine using the speed controller to the desired speed level.
- For short, powerful and continuous pulse movements, turn the control knob repeatedly to the P position.
Using the meat grinder with the cutting discs
- Remove the front protection cover.
- Assemble the desired cutting disc to the cutting cylinder following the sequence as shown in figure 1.
- Attach the cutting cylinder into the front shaft on the arm and turn it anticlockwise to lock position.
- Attach the loading tray to the cutting cylinder.
- Place the mixing bowl into position.
- Turn the speed switch to the appropriate speed then add the meat to be grinded into the loading tray using the pusher to push the meat into the cutting cylinder.
- Turn speed switch to “OFF” when grinding is finished.
- Remove the cutting cylinder from the shaft after use by turning it clockwise.
Using the meat grinder with the sausage mould or the meat ball maker
- Remove the front protection cover.
- Assemble the sausage mould attachments to the cutting cylinder as shown in figure 2 for the sausage maker and as shown in figure 3 for the meat ball maker.
- ttach the cutting cylinder into the shaft on the arm and turn it anticlockwise to lock position.
- Prepare the sausage meat and soak the casing for approx.10 minutes in tepid water. Calculate approx.1.60m casing for each kilo of sausage filling. You can use natural or artificial casing. Ask your butcher.
- Slide the soaked casing on to the sausage horn and tie the end of the casing. Switch the apparatus on. Feed the sausage meat into the cutting cylinder and use the pusher to gently push the sausage meat into the filling tube. If the casing gets stuck on the sausage horn, wet it with tepid water.
- After filling a part, twist the sausage around a few times to seal the sausage and produce an empty section of casing.
- Switch on the apparatus and use the pusher to gently push the sausage meat into the filling tube. If the casing gets stuck on the sausage horn, wet it with tepid water.
- Turn speed switch to “OFF” when finished.
- Remove the cutting cylinder from the shaft after use by turning it clockwise.
Using the cookie maker moulds
- Remove the front protection cover.
- Assemble the desired cookie maker attachment to the cutting cylinder.
- Attach the cutting cylinder into the shaft on the arm and turn it anticlockwise to lock position.
- Place the mixing bowl into position.
- Turn the speed switch to the appropriate speed then add the cookie dough into the cutting cylinder using the pusher to push the cookie dough down the shaft.
- Turn speed switch to “OFF” when cutting is finished.
Using the pasta maker moulds
Remove the front protection cover.
- Assemble the desired pasta shape attachment to the cutting cylinder.
- Attach the cutting cylinder into the front shaft on the arm and turn it anticlockwise to lock position.
- Place the mixing bowl into position.
- Turn the speed switch to the appropriate speed then add the pasta dough into the cutting cylinder using the pusher to help push the dough down the shaft.
- Turn speed switch to “OFF” when finished.
- Remove the cutting cylinder from the shaft after use by turning it clockwise.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Always remove the plug from the socket when the device will be cleaned.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
- Never immerse the electrical appliance in water or any other liquid. The appliance is not dishwasher proof.
- The components are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. If exposed to heat or caustic cleaners they might become misshapen or discoloured.
- Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
- Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.

This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at the end of its
durability, but must be offered at a central point for the recycling of
electric and electronic domestic appliances. This symbol on the appliance,
