Device Overview
Auto on & Pairing & Auto off
A: Ensure both buds are inside the charing case and take out both buds. The buds’ indicator will flash for a while, which means earbuds were Power On.
B: Tap “MAXELL TWS-ANC1” form the smartphone’s Bluetooh menu. There’ s a voice prompt “Your Device is Connected” after succeed connection with smartphone.
C: Both buds will be AUTO OFF after into case around 5 Seconds or disconnected
with smartphone over 5 minutes. 
- Please charge earbuds before using.

Manual OFF
Long press L and R earbuds for 10 seconds until RED indicators flash 3
times and Power OFF.
Manual ON
While earbuds in OFF mode, Long Press L and R earbuds for 3 seconds until
WHITE indicators flash 3 times to Power ON.
Manual Pairing
After RESET, press both earbuds over 3 seconds until indicators lights
up.
Reset
Step 1, disconnected both buds with phone or other Bluetooth devices.
Step 2, Manually POWER OFF the earbuds (Long press L and R earbuds for 10 seconds until RED indicators flash 3 times and Power OFF)
Step 3, After Manual Powered OFF, LONG PRESS both earbuds for 10 seconds until
RED & WHITE indicators flash 3 times, which means RESET successfully.
Step 4, Put both earbuds back into charge case over 5 seconds and take out,
both earbuds are ready to Use on AUTO ON & AUTO Pairing
*After Resetting, delete the paired “MAXELL TWS-ANC1” from your devices and re-pairing it.

Safety cautions
- Keep device AWAY from fire and heat sources at all times.
- Do NoT attempt to disassemble or alter the device.
- Do NoT expose the device to excessive heat .(Direct sunlight e. g ).
- Do NOT immerse/ expose device to any form of fluids.
Warning
Using earphones at moderate to high volumes for extended periods of time will
result in permanent hearing damage. We recommend that you keep media playback
volume level from low to moderate at all times.
please do not use earphones while performing activities that require hearing
surrounding noises/ sounds. （Driving, Cycling, joggling etc. ）
Battery
When charging case is opened
LED Indicator light will flash GREEN for 5 sec, if battery is ABOVE 20%
charge.
LED Indicator light will flash RED, if battery is BELOW 20% charge.
When charging case is closed
LED Indicator light will turn RED for Low Battery Indicator
LED Indicator light will turn GREEN for Full Charge
ANC1 powers off automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity
ANC1 has up to 4 hours playback time +12 hours with charging case
Charging
Use type C charging cable to charge.
Recommended Charging voltage: 5V@500mA to 1A
ANC1 powers off automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity
Battery will be discharged automatically is left unused over a long period of time

*The Gaming Mode is design for Game Playing which enables lower Bluetooth latency, it might lower the connection quality while in Music Listening with this functionary ON.
Cleaning & maintenance
wipe down ANC1 with a soft dry cloth.
Remove silicone ear-tips and clean with cotton buds.
Troubleshooting
I can’t find”Maxell ANC1 “on my bluetooth device ‘s list/unstable connection
- Make sure”ANC1 “and your device are within Bluetooth working distance.
- Make sure ANC1 is charged and has enough power.
- Perform a factory reset and re- attempt to pair again.
Disconnection occured within bluetooth working distance.
- Please make sure there are no metals or other materials within a relatively close range which will interfere with the Bluetooth connection.
The tap controls don’t seem to be working.

Check if the earbuds are connected with your Bluetooth device.
Recommended devices operating system -1OS8,0/ Android 4.3 and above. -
Tap sensors are only activated 1 second after successful connection to avoid mis-operation.
