Important Safety Instructions

When operating any electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed for safety.
WARNING: To reduce risk of fire, electric shock or injury:

  • Carefully read the entire contents of this manual.
  • Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Do not use the purifier in areas of extreme heat or in the presence of flamma-ble gas
  • Do not handle the wires or appliance with wet hands.
  • Do not use damaged or uninsulated wires. If appliance is not working proper-ly, call a customer service representative at 806-373-7788.

WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK. CAN CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH.
DISCONNECT PURIFIER FROM POWER SUPPLY BEFORE SERVICING.
Store and transport -4°F ~ 180°F, humidity 10% ~ 90% (Non-Condensing).
Do not operate purifier in ambient temperatures above 150° F
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Use the purifier on a flat surface and keep out of direct sunlight.
To prevent electrical shock, please remove the power plug before maintaining or moving the purifier.
Please do not clean the appliance with any type of acid-base solutions to prevent damage and electric shocks.
Do not block the air inlet & outlet.
Make sure the purifier is used within the voltage of 110~240V/50~60Hz.
Please do not use a wet hand to insert or remove the power plug to prevent electrical shock.
It is strictly prohibited to rinse the appliance with water. Do not use the appliance near water sources or volatile flammable items to prevent electrical shock.
The product is not a toy, hence it is prohibited for children to play with the appli- ance in order to prevent damage.
Do not sit or stand on the appliance. Do not use the appliance when it is shaking or tilting. It is prohibited to obstruct the air outlet to prevent reducing the purifying efficiency.
If purifier is operating abnormally, please unplug the power, and contact the manufacturer.
If the purifier is damaged, immediately disconnect the power and contact the manufacturer.
When cleaning, usa a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the air purifier. Use a small brush to softly clean the air outlets.

Placement & Operation

For best results, the purifier should be placed in a central location three feet or higher from the ground. Remove the purifier from packaging, place in desired location, plug it in and flip the switch to the on position. The purifier can run 24/7. AirOasis 1000G3 IonicAir Air Purifier -

Cleaning

Ensure the power cord is unplugged prior to cleaning.
Base and Honeycomb – We recommend wiping with a dry towel to remove dust and buildup.
Aluminum Shell – We recommend using stainless steel/aluminum spray-on polish or multi-surface cleaners. Ensure the polish/cleaner is recommended for use on aluminum.
Internal – With a dry cloth, wipe inside the shell and around the aluminum brackets and the ballast or spray with compressed air.
NOTE: To clean the AHPCO cell, only use compressed air. Any reomval of catalyst coating will decrease the effectiveness of your purifier and void the warranty.
Bi-Polar Brush Heads – The Bi-Polar brush heads inside your purifier should be cleaned periodically to remove any debris for optimal effectiveness. Lightly tap the brushes to flick off any dust. AirOasis 1000G3 IonicAir Air

AHPCO™ Cell Replacement

CAUTION: Before attempting to service the purifier, ensure the power is off and unplugged.
DANGER – NEVER LOOK DIRECTLY AT ILLUMINATED AHPCO CELL.
WARNING
OPTICAL RADIATION EXPOSURE HAZARD
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPERATE UNIT WITHOUT ALLUMINUM SHELL COVERINGAHPCO CELL.
DONOT ATTEMPT TOREPLACEAHPCO CELL WITHOUT DISCONNECTING POWER.
PERMANENT EYE AND SKIN DAMAGE MAY RESULT.

  1. Remove the two screws at the bottom sides holding the outer shell in place. Gently slide the shell up and off the internal base.AirOasis 1000G3 IonicAir Air Purifier - parts2

  2. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws from the AHPCO Cell.AirOasis 1000G3 IonicAir Air Purifier - parts3

  3. Move the AHPCO cell to the side and remove the lamp connector.AirOasis 1000G3 IonicAir Air Purifier - parts4 CAUTION
    UV lamp may be hot and could cause serious burns if not handled properly. Please wait until AHPCO cell has cooled to room temperature before handling.

  4. Connect the lamp connector securely onto the AHPCO cell and use a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the screws to secure the AHPCO cell.

  5. Slide the reset switch. Your purifier will beep in 2 years when itis time to replace the cell.

  6. Slide the shell down onto the base and reinsert the screws. The cord and the switch should be in the back.

Troubleshooting Guide

Purifier Not Turning On
Ensure the following:

  • The power supply is plugged in.
  • The power switch is in the on position.
  • The UV lamp is plugged in completely.

Beeping
The AHPCO cell has expired.
Replace the AHPCO cell (see pages 4-5).
Poor Performance
Debris buildup inside the purifier is inhibiting performance.
Remove the aluminum shell (see pages 4-5) and remove dust with compressed air.
