INTRODUCTION
The RealPower PB-20000 Power Pack is a complete solution for charging smartphones, notebooks, tablet PCs and other mobile devices such as MP3 players whether at home or on the go. The set contains a power bank, a 20 W mini charger, and a USB-type charging cable. Please read these instructions before use and the safety information carefully and conscientiously before use.
Charging the power bank:
To charge the powerbank, simply connect the supplied USB Type-C charging cable
with the powerbank and via the Nano fast charging adapter to a socket in the
ideal setup, the charging process takes about 12 hours. Alternatively, you can
also charge the powerbank via the micro USB port with a suitable cable. The
powerbank will now automatically be charged fully. A short press on the power
on / off button shows the remaining charge of the powerbank on the digital
display. The display shows the progress during the charging process; as soon
as the charging process is complete, the display will turn out.
Press the power on / off button twice in quick succession to switch off the
powerbank. The integrated protection against excessive charging ends the
charging process as soon as the battery is fully charged. We recommend using
the charging cable and power supply from the scope of delivery for loading and
unloading. Alternative adapters and cables that are used to charge and
discharge the powerbank must conform to LPS and EN 60950-1: 2006/ A2: 2013.
Charging devices with the powerbank:
To charge your smartphone or another mobile device, simply connect the
charging cable of your device to one of the three charging sports:
- USB: fast 3,000 mA /22.5 W charging current] or
- Type-C PD: fast 3,000 mA /20.0W charging current)
Devices with a USB type C connection can be charged with the quick charging cable supplied. Please note that the USB Iype-C port can be used for loading and unloading the powerbank.
Charging devices with the Nano power supply:
To power your smartphone, laptop or another mobile device at home, plug the
nano power supply unit into a socket and connect the charging cable of your
end device to the power adapter. The charging process starts automatically.

- The PB-20000 Power Pack has been equipped with a Hight Density lithium polymer battery, which attains its full capacity only after several complete charging and discharging
- Do not perform charging and discharging of the Powerbank at the same time.
- Only use suitable power packs (observe the indications about tension and charging current).
- Protect the Powerbank against collapse/fall do not use any more after a collapse/fall.
- Please note that rechargeable batteries have only a limited number of charging cycles in spite of highly advanced technologies and need to be replaced or disposed of after some time.
- Do not open the housing – in case of defects, please contact the support or the specialist dealer.
- Charge the Powerbank every 3 months if it is not used, in order to maintain its full capability.
- Do not use the device in extremely cold, hot, humid or dusty environments. Do not expose the Powerbank to any direct sun radiation. Protect the product against open fire. There is a risk of explosion!
- Do not bridge any contacts Risk of short circuit!
- Do not touch leaking batteries – Risk of injury through burns!
- Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
- Do not dismantle, open or shred the I try.
- Do not expose the battery to heat or fire.
- Avoid storage in direct sunlight.
- Do not short-circuit the battery.
- Keep the battery out of the reach of children.
- Keep the battery clean and dry.
- Do not leave a battery on prolonged charge when not in use.
- Do not subject the battery to mechanical shock.
Intended use
The powerbank, charger and charging cable from this set are intended exclusively for powering devices with an operating voltage of 5-12 direct current (Cell phones, MP3 players, etc.). Any other or additional use is considered improper and can lead to damage and injuries. Claims of any kind due to damage from not intended use are excluded.
