Installation

MOUNTING THE BARBECUE
Carefully remove the barbecue out of the packaging.
Check all the parts, looking at the parts breakdown in this manual, and mount the parts in the following order.

  1. Screw the legs onto the brazier with screws on the inside and wing nuts on the outside. Put the rubber feet on.
  2. Rest the fire grate on the supports inside the brazier.
  3. Slot the windshield into the rear edge of the brazier.
  4. Insert the side panels onto the side edge of the wind shield to then slot them into the edge of the brazier. Ensure the grill brackets are facing each other inside the brazier.
  5. Insert the side handles, taking care to tighten them as little as possible.
  6. Add the ash tray and the food grill.
Ensure all parts are mounted correctly, only then can the unit be used safely.

Operation

LIGHTING AND USE

  1. Put a little paper with small pieces of firewood, or fire lighters, in the middle of the brazier and light a small amount of charcoal in the shape of a cone. Never use lighter fluids or other accelerants.
  2. When the charcoal starts to glow, you can add more to increase the temperature as desired. When the embers are covered in a light layer of grey ash, the barbecue is ready to cook.
  3. Any flames that are cause by dripping fat can be put out by using a small amount of water, sand or salt. Attention: Ensure all embers are extinguished before leaving the barbecue to fully cool down.
DO NOT LEAVE THE BARBECUE OUT IN THE RAIN OR SNOW.
