Use Reminders

  1. The product may consume power during transportation, please charge the keyboard and mouse when using it for the first time
  2. When the keyboard is not used for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the power to protect the battery life.
  3. Do not use liquids to clean the product directly. Clean the keyboard and mouse with an alcohol swab similar to a volatile disinfectant.

Connection

  1.  Turn on the power switches of the keyboard and mouse.
  2.  Take out the USB receiver.
  3.  Plug the USB receiver into the computer.
  4.  The connection is successful.

Indicator Light

  1. Num indicator: Turn on Num Lock and display red. Turn on the power of the keyboard, the light flashes 3S and turns off.
  2. Caps indicator: Turn on the caps lock and display red.
  3. Power indicator: The blue light is always on when charging, and goes out when fully charged.

Backlight

Keyboard Backlight

  1.  Press Keys together to turn on the keyboard Backlit.
  2.  When the backlight is on, you can adjust the backlight brightness through
  3.  Please note that the backlight uses a fixed light source and the color is not adjustable.

Mouse Backlight

  1.  Press and hold the mouse round button for 3 seconds to turn off or turn on the lighting effect.
  2.  Short press the circular button above the mouse power button ON-OFF to switch the light effect mode
  3.  If the mouse is not used for 90 seconds, the backlight will automatically sleep. Move the mouse or press the button to wake up.

Tips: Please press the “Fn”+”F1-F12” key combination to activate the function keys.

Mouse

DPl adjustment

  1.  DPI: The default is 1200DPI. VWhen switching DPI, press the DPI key to cycle from low to high (800-1200-1600-2000-800-)
  2.  Switching prompt: When switching DPI, the indicator of the mouse wheel will flash green light prompt: DPl value 800 flashes 1 time 1200 flashes 2 times 1600 flashes 3 times – 2000 flashes 4 times.

Mouse Jiggler Mode
The mouse has two modes, one is the normal use mode, the other is the Cursor jiggler mode to control the computer not to sleep and the cursor slides automatically. Enter Jiggler Mode: Press the mouse button below the wheel for 3 seconds. The green indicator light at the scroll wheel is always on. After switching to the Jiggler mode, the mouse will start shaking after being inactive for 5 seconds. When you need to use the mouse, the shaking will stop automatically when you move the mouse, and the shaking will start 5 seconds after it is not in use. Exit Jiggler Mode: Press and hold the DPI button for 3 seconds to switch to normal mode, or re-plug the receiver.

Sleep Mode

  1.  The keyboard will automatically enter sleep mode after 90 seconds of inactivity. When using the keyboard again, press any key and wait 2-3 seconds. The keyboard will automatically connect to the device.
  2.  The mouse will enter sleep mode if it is not used for 5 minutes. When using the mouse again, press any key and wait 2-3 seconds. The mouse will automatically connect to the device.

Charge

Charing Tips:
When the keyboard is charging, the power light is always on in blue, and it is fully charged, and the power light turns of.When the mouse is charging, the red indicator light at the wheel is always on, and it will automatically turn off when it is fully charged

Low Battery Warning:
When the keyboard battery is low, the power light will keep flashing red. When the mouse is moved or the button is pressed to give an alarm, the red light of the backlight of the pulley flashes once every 1 second to remind, and no indication is given if the mouse is not used.

Troubleshooting

Unable to connect the device
First, please fully charge the keyboard and mouse. Unplug the receiver and restart the computer, then re-plug the receiver. If it still can not be connected, please perform the following operations to repair it.

  1. The keyboard cannot be connected
    Power on the keyboard, press “Esc+K”, and the Num indicator light flashes rapidly. Insert the 2.4G receiver into the computer within 10 seconds, pleas the keyboard 10cm close to the receiver to pair, and the keyboard pairing is Successful.

  2. The mouse cannot be connected
    Plug the receiver into the computer, turn on the power of the mouse, press the right button of the mouse and the scroll wheel for 1 second at the sametime to get close to the receiver to connect, the mouse enters the connection state, the backlight flashes blue, and the neon light of the backlight lights up to indicate that the code is successfully paired.

Keyboard typing is delayed/ not working

  1. Make sure there are no 2.4g devices (such as routers) nearby interfering with the connection
  2. Make sure the keyboard battery is charged.
  3. Make sure there are no all-metal enclosures that could shield the signal.
  4. The computer runs too many tasks, the CPU memory is full, and the signal from the receiving end cannot be processed.

Keyboard and mouse not charging

  1. Make sure there are no 2.4g devices (such as routers) nearby interfering with the connection
  2. Make sure the keyboard battery is charged.
  3. Make sure there are no all-metal enclosures that could shield the signal.
  4. The computer runs too many tasks, the CPU memory is full, and the signal from the receiving end cannot be processed.

Mouse not working/ cursor lag

  1. Please check the battery of the mouse, the low battery state will cause the cursor to be delayed.
  2. Click the button on the mouse to adjust the appropriate DPI.
  3. If a wired mouse is connected to your computer at the same time, please unplug the power cord. Failure to do so may result in a job driver conflict
  4. Make sure that your mouse is not used on materials with a good light-transmitting medium such as glass(the mouse uses diodes for positioning, and materials such as glass will cause inaccurate positioning and delay)
