Troubleshooting
Unable to connect the device
First, please fully charge the keyboard and mouse, unplug the receiver,
restart the computer, and re-plug the receiver. If it still cannot be
connected, please perform the following operations to repair it.
-
The keyboard cannot be connected
Power on the keyboard, press “Esc+K”, the indicator light flashes rapidly.
Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into the computer, within 10 seconds, place the keyboard 10 cm close to the receiver to pair, and the keyboard pairing is successful. -
The mouse cannot be connected
Plug the receiver into the computer, turn on the power of the mouse, press the right button + scroll wheel for more than 1 second at the same time.
Keyboard typing is delayed/not working
- Make sure there are no 2.4g devices (such as routers) nearby interfering with the connection.
- Make sure the keyboard battery is charged.
- Make sure there are no all-metal enclosures that could shield the signal.
- The computer runs too many tasks, the CPU memory is full, and the signal from the receiving end cannot be processed.
Mouse not working / Cursor lag
- Please check the battery of the mouse, the low battery state will cause the cursor to be delayed. At this point, the mouse can be charged for 2 hours before use.
- Adjust to the appropriate dpi parameter. (The mouse has four levels of dpi adjustable)
- If a wired mouse is connected to your computer at the same time, please unplug the power cord. Failure to do so may result in a job driver conflict.
- Make sure that your mouse is not used on materials with a good light-transmitting medium such as glass. (the mouse uses diodes for positioning, and materials such as glass will cause inaccurate positioning and delay)
Shortcut keys don’t work
Unplug the USB receiver and plug it back in again.
Keyboard and mouse not charging
-
Please confirm the charging status of the keyboard, charge it for 60 minutes, and then turn it on to see if the indicator light can flash normally:
Steady red light charging status
Light off – fully charged state
Blinking red light – keyboard battery low -
Please try another charging cable to check if it can be charged normally.
MAC System Alt is not mapped correctly, the system thinks that pressing
Win.

system will recognize the MAC system again.
