Instructions

Tools Required: Screwdriver, Hose Clamps
Removal of Old Air Gap

1. Remove the Air Gap Cap (A).
2. Remove the Top Nut (B).
3. Detach the Disposal Hose (F) and Dishwasher Hose (E) from the Air Gap by loosening clamps.
4. Remove the old Air Gap.

Air Gap Installation

1. Remove the Cap (A), Top Nut (B) and Washer (C) from the new Air Gap.
2. Adjust the Bottom Nut (D) to allow for sink top thickness. Allow ½” of threaded section to project above the sink top.
3. Connect Disposal Hose (F) and Dishwasher Hose (E) to the Air Gap and tighten clamps.
4. Insert the stem of the Air Gap through hole in sink.
5. Place the Washer (C) on Air Gap top and then screw on Top Nut (B).
6. Press on Air Gap Cap (A).
