GENERAL INFO
The Canyon Cindy KW-41 device is a smart watch for children with a large set
of functions, which works autonomously and supports a SIM card.
Article: CNE-KW41WP (white/pink), CNE-KW41BL (blue/light blue); CNE-KW41YB
(yellow/black).

WARNING! The device is not intended for children under 4 years old.
Functions: two-way calls; incoming SMS; emergency call (3 first numbers in
the phone book); phone book (up to 15 numbers); support 4G; silent mode;
built-in music player; USB mode for transferring music files from/to PC;
camera; photo album; calculator; pedometer; stopwatch; alarm; 7 games.

PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
Charging
Charge the device before using it for the first time. To do this, connect the charging cable (9) to the electrical contacts (8) as shown in figure C and connect it to the power supply. A full charge is displayed on the watch screen as an icon .
WARNING! The power supply output should not exceed 5.0 V 1.0 A (power adapter not included).
Inserting a SIM card
The device must be turned off while the card is being installed. Before
installation, make sure that the nano-SIM card is activated and 4G data
transfer is connected. Use the SIM ejection tool to remove the SIM card tray
(6), and insert the card . Then carefully insert the tray into the
watch.
On/Off. To turn the device on or off, press and hold button 2 for two
seconds.
Note. Date and time are automatically set by your mobile carrier. Turn
the watch on with a SIM card inserted and wait for synchronization.

Quick menu. While on the screen watch face, swipe down to go to the quick
menu. Here you can find information about the level of the GSM and 4G signal,
battery level, information about the time, date and day of the week, controls
for screen brightness and sound volume, as well as access to the device
settings. To return to the main screen watch face, press the button 2.
OPERATION
Outgoing calls. On the main watch face, swipe to the left or right,
select “Dialing a number” and enter the desired phone number. Or go to
“Contacts” and select the desired contact. Then press the “Call” button to
make a call. To cancel the call, press button 2.
Incoming calls. When a call comes in, press “Accept” to answer or
“Reject” to reject the call.
Emergency call. To call on the emergency numbers, press and hold button 1
for 1–2 seconds. The screen will ask you to confirm the call: press “Yes” to
call or “No” to cancel. For more information see the full user manual at

Incoming text messages. When you receive a new SMS message, a
notification appears on the screen. Press the “View” button to read the
message.
Camera. On the main watch face, swipe to the left or right and select the
camera icon . Press the shutter button on the screen to take a photo. Photos
are stored on the memory card.

Music player and USB mode. The watch has a built-in memory card on which
you can record music tracks (mp3) and listen to them in the “Music Player” .

TROUBLESHOOTING
The watch does not turn on. Charge the device during a few minutes. If the
watch does not charge, check the charger and USB cable.
Incoming/outgoing calls do not work. Check if the SIM card is properly
inserted. Make sure that the PIN code request is disabled.
The voice is not heard during the conversation. Make sure that the microphone
opening is clear. Do not use sharp objects to clean the opening as they may
damage the microphone. If the above steps do not solve the problem, contact
support at canyon.eu/ask-your-question.
REGULATIONS FOR SAFE USE
Do not press the screen with sharp objects or apply too much pressure. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device yourself. Do not drop, throw or bend the device. To avoid injury, do not use a watch with cracks or other flaws. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth only after turning the device off and disconnecting it from the power supply.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS.
The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified
by local law. Service life is 2 years. Additional warranty information is
