Quick guide

Battery charging

Charge the case using USB cable. LED is blinking during charging and turns to solid when topped up. Charge the earbuds by putting them to the charging case. LED on earbud glows solid red when charging and turns white for 60s once topped up.

Switching ON/OFF

Switching ON: Insert both earbuds into the charging case to activate them.

Take out the earbuds from the case and they will power on automatically OR
Press the central button for 2 second. Switching OFF: Press the central button for more than 3 seconds.
Reset to factory settings: power off both earbuds and hold both central buttons for 20s or until LED blinks red and white. Switch on the earbuds as described.

Pairing

Take earbuds out and they will auto power on and then auto connect with each other. Right earbud will auto enter pairing mode when LED on left earbud turns off.
Go to Bluetooth settings of your Bluetooth® audio device and select Canyon BT headset. If the device requests a password, enter 0000

Music playing

Select a track, style or an artist on your phone, tablet or other Bluetooth® audio devices.
Play / pause: press the central button.
Skip track: double press the central button on the right (next) or left (previous) earbud.
Voice assistant: hold the central button for 1 second from the standby.

Hands-free mode

Answer / end a call: short press on the central button.
Decline a call: hold the central button for 1 second.
Switch Audio output between smartphone/headset: when talking hold the central button for 1 second.
Mute on/off: when talking double press the central button.

The device dismantling is prohibited. We do not recommend to carry out any repair of this device. Unauthorized repairs result in warranty loss.

WARRANTY

The warranty period begins from the date of the product purchase from an authorized CANYON DEALER. The date specified in your sales receipt or delivery note is the purchase date. During the warranty period, any repair, replace or repayment of a purchase value is made at the discretion of CANYON. To provide the warranty service, the product shall be returned to the Dealer’s purchase location together with its proof of purchase (sales receipt or delivery note).
