Starting to use the device (pictures D, E)

Starting to use

Before use, charge the case by connecting it with the USB cable to the power adapter (not included). An external battery or PC can be used as a power source. The LED indicator (12) blink while charging and light steadily when the case is fully charged.

Next, charge the headphones by placing them in the charging case ( fig. F ).
The headphone LEDs (7) light red while charging. When charging is complete, the LEDs light turn off.

Turning on the headphones (pictures G, H). Take out the headphones from the case, they will automatically turn on. If it does not turn on, press and hold the center touch button (6) for 4 seconds.

Turn off the headphones (picture H). Put the headphones into the charging case. Or press and hold the center touch button (6) for more than 5 seconds.

Pairing the headphones to the device (picture I). Place the case with the headphones and the device within 90 cm of each other. Remove the headphones from the charging case. Pairing will be done automatically. If the pairing is successful, you will hear 2 beeps and a short tone. Turn on the BT unit, go to the BT settings and select “Canyon TWS5” headphones. If the device prompts for a password, enter “0000”.

Control when listening to audio recordings (pictures J, K). Select a track on your device. Play/pause: Press the center touch button (6) on either earpiece twice. Skip track: press the center touch button (6) on the right (skip to next track) or left (skip to previous track) earpiece three times.

Call control (pictures J, K). When there is an incoming call, to answer or end the call, press the center touch button (6) 2 times. Reject call: press and hold the center touch button (6) for 2 seconds until hear a prompt sound.

Calling the voice assistant (picture K). Press and hold the center button (6) for 2 seconds until the tone sounds.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING! Set the volume to the minimum level before using the headphones. This will help to avoid hearing damage due to sudden exposure to sound at maximum volume. Do not use headphones while driving. Protect your device from excessive moisture, water, dust, heat, and direct sunlight.
Do not drop, disassemble, or attempt to repair the device yourself. Clean the device from dirt with a soft dry cloth without the use of detergents.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING. Headphones do not connect. Charge the headphones, check the connection settings of the device. Make sure that the headphones are specified as the audio output device. Turn off/on the headphones. Distorted sound. Reduce the distance between the headphones and the device. Adjust the sound volume. Check for other wireless devices that are causing interference near the headphones. If these steps do not solve the problem, contact support at canyon.eu/ask-your-question.
