Section 1 Safety
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.

Close adult supervision is necessary when the Portable Blender is used by or near children.

Store your Portable Blender in a secure place, out of the reach of children.

This Blender is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.

To disconnect, press the POWER ON/OFF button to STOP blending operation. The Portable Blender and the white illuminated POWER ON/OFF button will turn off.

To avoid causing damage or leaks to the jar and base, NEVER BLEND hot liquids exceeding 120°F/49°C.
-
Never place any Portable Blender attachments into a microwave oven or freezer.
-
Take care when handling the base of the Portable Blender without the blending jar attached.
CAUTION: KEEP HANDS AWAY FROM THE EXPOSED BLADES! Blades are sharp and can cause severe injury if touched. Assemble with clean blending jar immediately.
IMPORTANT: As a safety precaution, your Portable Blender is equipped with a blending jar interlock system.
The Portable Blender will not turn ON unless the blending jar is tightly sealed onto the base. -
Keep hands and utensils out of the jar while blending.
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the unit AVOID CONTACT WITH MOVING PARTS. Blades can still spin when the lid is removed.
WARNING: NEVER overfill the jar. To avoid personal injury, leakage, or damage to the Portable Blender, NEVER add ingredients past the MAX fill line. -
Utensils, a scraper or small spatula may be used ONLY when the Portable Blender is not running.

Never place the base of your Portable Blender in the dishwasher.

To avoid spills, after blending, always allow ingredients to settle in your Portable Blender before unscrewing the lid.

To avoid spills and possible injury, always operate your Portable Blender with the lid tightly sealed. Make sure the drink strainer is securely screwed onto the blending jar before use. When travelling, make sure the drink strainer is screwed tightly onto both the blending jar and the lid.

To avoid spills and possible injury, or damage to the Portable Blender, NEVER use carbonated drinks in your Portable Blender. Pressure build-up may cause the
covered blending jar to burst. -
To avoid spills and possible injury, or damage to the
Portable Blender, NEVER allow food to remain in the
Portable Blender jar for prolonged periods of time.
Pressure build-up or fermentation may cause the covered
blending jar to burst. -
NEVER run your Portable Blender with an empty blending
jar, as this can damage the blender. -
NEVER charge your Portable Blender when wet.

Use only high-quality USB charging leads (phone charger, computer or car) and the USB-C cable supplied with your Portable Blender.

NEVER immerse the supplied charging cable in water or other liquids to avoid risk of electric shock.

Do not allow the USB charging cable to touch hot surfaces.

Section 2 Instructions
Getting To Know Your Portable To-Go Blender Product may vary slightly from illustration

Before Using The Portable To-Go Blender for the First Time
-
Carefully unpack the Portable To-Go Blender and remove all packaging materials. Check the contents to ensure that all attachments (Tritan™ blending jar, lid, and drink strainer) are present and have been received in good condition.

Fill the blending jar with water to the MAX fill line and add a drop of liquid dish soap. BLEND for 1 cycle (30-second).
-
Repeat procedure without soap. Add room temperature water to the MAX fill line. BLEND for 1 cycle (30-second).
-
Rinse well. Allow to air dry.
NOTE: When the cover is secured over the charging port, the Portable Blender is resistant to water.
WARNING: DO NOT IMMERSE THE BASE IN WATER. -
Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.

CHARGE THE PORTABLE TO-GO BLENDER. Lift the cover to expose the charging port. Attach the USB charging cable provided to the base. Charge your Portable Blender with any high-quality USB charging lead: phone charger, computer, or car. Make sure the USB charging cable is inserted fully. When the cable is first connected, the POWER ON/OFF button will illuminate solid red.

Charge unit for 4 to 5 hours. When the POWER ON/OFF button illuminates solid white, the Portable Blender is fully charged. A full charge will provide up to 20 minutes of BLEND time.

Make sure the charging port cover is securely in place before operation.

Remove the charging cable and store in a dry, designated safe place before use.
Operating Instructions

Your Portable To-Go Blender offers simple one-touch operation.

Make sure the charging port cover is in place before use.
IMPORTANT: The Portable Blender should not be operated when the blending jar is empty. Add liquids or food to the blending jar before blending.
WARNING: NEVER BLEND hot liquids exceeding 120°F/49°C. -
Add liquid ingredients to the blending jar first. Place the remaining ingredients on top.
WARNING: NEVER overfill the jar. NEVER add ingredients past the MAX fill line. -
Attach the lid to the blending jar. Turn clockwise until tightly sealed.
IMPORTANT: As a safety precaution, your Portable Blender is equipped with a blending jar interlock system. The Portable Blender will not turn ON unless the blending jar is tightly sealed onto the base.
WARNING: To avoid personal injury, leakage, or damage to the Portable Blender, make sure the blending jar is not overloaded and the lid is tightly sealed onto the blending jar before pressing the POWER ON/OFF button.
Blend Mode
-
Press the POWER ON/OFF button twice to begin. The BLEND cycle is timed and after 30 seconds it will turn OFF automatically. Repeat as needed.

To turn the Portable Blender OFF at any time, press the POWER ON/OFF button once to STOP blending operation.

Check results and if necessary, stir in liquids: water, juice, stock, coffee, alcohol, or mixer.
-
Press the POWER ON/OFF button twice to resume blending.
-
Blend until the desired consistency is reached..
WARNING: If the battery temperature gets too high, the POWER ON/OFF button will turn red and begin flashing. The Portable Blender will turn OFF. Allow the Portable Blender to rest before continuing. -
To help keep your beverages and other drinks, ice or chunk-free, add the drink strainer. Turn the drink strainer clockwise onto the blending jar until tightly sealed before pouring
CAUTION: To avoid spills, make sure the drink strainer is tightly sealed onto the blending jar before use. -
Your Portable Blender is perfect for travel. Make sure the drink strainer is tightly sealed onto both the blending jar and the lid for use on-the-go
Blend Technique
NOTE: For best results, remove ice cubes from freezer for 5 to 10 minutes before using. Frozen fruit should be cut into uniform, small chunks. -
To BLEND frozen fruits or ice cubes add liquids: water, juice, stock, coffee, or mixer and a handful of frozen fruits or ice cubes.

Attach the lid, turn clockwise until tightly sealed.

For more difficult blending, flip the Portable Blender upside down. Press POWER ON/OFF button twice to BLEND. Flip the Portable Blender back to right-side-up. BLEND until smooth.

Add additional liquid, chunks of frozen fruit or cubes. Shake the Portable Blender to distribute contents and BLEND until the desired consistency is reached.
Pulse Mode
- The PULSE mode is perfect when a chunkier consistency is desired. PULSE to prepare guacamole, salsa, hummus, chopped ice.
- Press and hold the POWER ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to initiate the PULSE mode. The white illuminated POWER ON/OFF button will begin to flash.
- To PULSE, press the POWER ON/OFF button. Blades will stop when the button is released. PULSE until the desired consistency is reached.
User Maintenance Instructions
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user-serviceable
parts. Any servicing requiring disassembly other than cleaning must be
performed by a qualified appliance repair technician.
Care & Cleaning Instructions

Protect the charging port by pressing the cover into place when not in use.

Take care when handling the base of the Portable Blender without the blending jar attached.

Rinse jar, lid and drink strainer immediately after processing to prevent food from hardening and to make cleanup easier.
NOTE: The Tritan™ blending jar, lid, and drink strainer are dishwasher safe. -

Storing Instructions
- Assemble the Portable Blender. Attach the drink strainer to both the blending jar and the lid.
- Protect the charging port by pressing the cover into place before storing.
- Store assembled Portable Blender and charging cable in the original box or in a clean, dry place.
Troubleshooting

• The motor is blocked. Blades cannot rotate.
• Battery temperature is too high.| • Charge battery.
• Remove some of the blender jar contents. Continue blending.
• Flip the Portable Blender upside down. Shake vigorously to re-distribute
ingredients. Continue to BLEND.
• Flip the Portable Blender to upside down and rest the unit on its lid.
• Turn the base counter-clockwise and lift base up and out of the blending
jar.
• Remove the blockage. Replace the base. Make sure the base is screwed
securely into the blending jar. Flip the Portable Blender to right-sideup
before continuing to BLEND.
• Allow the Portable Blender to rest before continuing.
The blender motor rotates very slowly.| • Blending jar is overloaded.| •
Remove half of the ingredients and continue to BLEND.
• Add liquid to the blending jar and continue to BLEND.
Limited Two-Year Warranty
Sensio Inc. dba Made by Gather™ hereby warrants that for a period of TWO YEARS
from the date of purchase, this product will be free from mechanical defects
in material
and workmanship, and for 90 days in respect to non-mechanical parts. At its
sole discretion, Sensio Inc. dba Made by Gather™ will either repair or replace
the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the product during the
warranty period.
The warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of
initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales
receipt, as proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty validation.
Retail stores selling this product do not have the right to alter, modify, or
in any way revise the terms and conditions of the warranty.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from
any of the following: negligent use of the product, use of improper voltage or
current, improper routine maintenance, use contrary to the operating
instructions, disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than
qualified Sensio Inc. dba Made by Gather™ personnel. Also, the warranty does
not cover Acts of God such as fire, floods, hurricanes, or tornadoes.
Sensio Inc. dba Made by Gather™ shallnot be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty.
Apart from the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in time to the
duration of the warranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and therefore, the above
exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. The warranty covers specific
legal rights which may vary by state, province and/or jurisdiction.

Customer Service Representative is unable to resolve the problem, you will be

daytime contact telephone number, case number, and description of the problem.
Also, include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the
tagged product with the sales receipt, and send it (with shipping and
insurance prepaid) to SENSIO Inc.’s address. Sensio Inc. dba Made by Gather™
shall bear no responsibility or liability for the returned product while in
transit to Sensio Inc. DBA Made by Gather™ Customer Service Center.
