The kitchen is my family’s happy place. It’s where we cook and eat and bake and laugh and share our most beautiful moments together. That’s what inspired the creation of Beautiful, my new collection of easy-to-use kitchenware that you’ll want to keep out on your kitchen counter. So whether your kitchen has flour all over the place from a kids’ baking session or you’re throwing an adult dinner party, I hope every step will be simple, delicious, and beautiful!
Before Using for the First Time
- Remove all packaging and stickers from your cookware. Using mild dish soap and a soft cloth, wash in warm water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. While the cookware is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to keep your cookware in the best condition.
Stovetop Use
- The cookware is compatible with all stovetops including induction. Be sure to match the bottom of the pan size to the burner size. Always heat your cookware gradually using a low-medium heat setting. High heat can damage or discolor cookware and overheating might cause food to burn. Do not boil dry, and do not leave cookware empty while on the stove.
CAUTION: Always use potholders while maneuvering your cookware on the stovetop.
Oven Use
- The cookware is oven safe to 400 °F without glass lids. With the glass lids, the cookware is oven safe to 350 °F.
CAUTION: Always use potholders to move your cookware or to grip the side handles or lid knob as they will become hot during cooking.
Cooking Utensils
- Silicone, wood, or heat resistant plastic cooking utensils are recommended, however, it is safe to use metal utensils.
Cleaning & Storage
- Allow your cookware to cool before cleaning. Never submerge or pour cold water on cookware while still hot- this can cause damage. You may soak cookware to remove burnt-on food, but never use steel wool sponges or other sponges that may scratch. Do not use abrasive cleaners or detergents. Cookware is dishwasher safe, but hand washing in warm soapy water with a soft cloth is recommended to keep your cookware in the best condition. Always dry thoroughly before storing. Store in a dry place and avoid stacking or overcrowding.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Sensio Inc. dba Made by Gather™ cookware is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use from the date of original retail purchase for the lifetime of the cookware. If your cookware should prove to be defective, we will replace it with the same item or one of equal or similar value, without charge to you, except for shipping and handling. This warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase, is required to obtain warranty validation. To submit a warranty claim, please call our Customer Service Department, 1-866-832-4843, and be prepared to send a written explanation of the product problem, photographs of the product, your address, phone number and e-mail address, and a check or money order payable to Sensio Inc. to cover shipping and handling. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration to the product, commercial use, use or care contrary to the operating and care instructions, damage from overheating, and damage from automatic dishwasher use on product lines not safe or intended for such dishwasher use, and it does not apply to normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, discoloration or other damage to external or internal surfaces that does not impair the functional utility of the product. This warranty expressly excludes all incidental and consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and therefore the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
