How to use with Glooko
UPLOAD DATA
- Make sure your Glooko® Transmitter is powered up and ready to upload.
- Make sure that the device’s dose button is fully pressed, and the dose counter is at zero.
- Place the smart insulin pen in the ring on top of Glooko® Transmitter. The upload starts automatically.
- The upload is complete when the display is green.
- Log in to your Glooko® account to review the data.
CONNECT A PEN TO A PATIENT
- Select the chosen serial number in the ‘‘Assign Devices” tab.
- The pens are identified by their serial numbers. The number on the pen can be seen when the dose button is fully pulled out (see image).
- The serial number always begins with PEN and only the numbers after PEN are shown in Glooko®.
SELECT INSULIN
When a pen is registered, the insulin used in the pen must be specified. Each patient can register up to four pens.
