MAINTENANCE

To clean the surface of the slicer and power cord, use a wet cloth. Do not use rough and abrasive cleaning agents (e.g. sharp objects, scrapers, diluents or other dissolvents)!
Taking out and cleaning the knife (Fig. 2)
Turn the locking screw in the direction of the arrow as far as it goes . Release it from its position by slight pressure on the knife from the opposite side and after that take the knife out of the slicer. Do not wash the knife in a washing bath as the grease would be removed from it. Only wipe the outer edge by wet cloth or paper towel. Be very careful when cleaning the slicing knife! Ensure that the cutting edges of the knife do not come in contact with hard objects which make them blunt and thus reduce their efficiency. Clean the area behind the slicing knife by a soft brush or wet cloth. Attach the knife back after cleaning and fasten it properly the other way round.
Disassembly of feeder C
To eject, set the A2 controller to position “P”, this releases the safety catch and the feeder can be ejected.
Plastic parts
Rinse the plastic parts (C1, D) in warm water with detergent (or use a dish- washer).
