Introduction

To get the most out of your new mitre saw stand, please read this instruction manual before use. Please also save the instructions in case you need to refer to them at a later date.

Assembly

  3. Place the rails (5) on the mitre saw stand and clamp them securely in place using the handle. They should be positioned at a distance equal to the width of the mitre saw.PROBUILDER 99008 Universal Mitre Saw Horse - mitre saw stand
  4. Push a bolt (6) into the rail, as shown in the drawing.PROBUILDER 99008 Universal Mitre Saw Horse - drawingAttach the saw onto the mitre saw stand so that the four bolts go through the mounting holds in the saw’s base plate.

Cleaning and maintenance

Check regularly that all nuts and bolts are tightened properly.
Use a brush to remove any filings and dirt from the mitre saw stand.
Stubborn dirt can be removed using a wellwrung cloth.
The mitre saw stand must not be washed or high-pressure washed.
Regularly lubricate all bolts and nuts using acid-free oil or lubricating spray.
Fold the mitre saw stand up and store it in a dry, dust-free location indoors when it is not in use.
