MITRE SAW STAND
Instruction manual
Introduction
To get the most out of your new mitre saw stand, please read this instruction manual before use. Please also save the instructions in case you need to refer to them at a later date.

Special safety instructions
Before use, check that the mounted saw is securely attached to the mitre saw stand.
Follow the safety instructions
that apply to the saw you use along with the mitre saw stand.
Assembly
- Place the frame (1) on a mat or similar so that it does not get scratched. Tilt the frame legs fully out so that the spring lock is released.
- Insert the workpiece supports (7) into the holders at each end of the stand extensions and screw them tight using a finger screw (2).
Screw two finger screws to each end of the mitre saw stand (to secure the stand extensions).
Fit the supplied brackets to the rails.
- Place the rails (5) on the mitre saw stand and clamp them securely in place using the handle. They should be positioned at a distance equal to the width of the mitre saw.
- Push a bolt (6) into the rail, as shown in the drawing.
Attach the saw onto the mitre saw stand so that the four bolts go through the mounting holds in the saw’s base plate.
Place a washer, a spring washer and a nut on each bolt and tighten the nuts to fully secure the saw to the rails.
- The mitre saw stand is now assembled and ready for use.
Cleaning and maintenance
Check regularly that all nuts and bolts are tightened properly.
Use a brush to remove any filings and dirt from the mitre saw stand.
Stubborn dirt can be removed using a wellwrung cloth.
The mitre saw stand must not be washed or high-pressure washed.
Regularly lubricate all bolts and nuts using acid-free oil or lubricating
spray.
Fold the mitre saw stand up and store it in a dry, dust-free location indoors
when it is not in use.
