Thank you for choosing the EVA-DRY, EDV-2500 Thermal Electric
Dehumidifier. We at EVA-DRY would like to provide you the best possible
support for your new dehumidifier. In order for us to do that we need your
help, please take the time to review this user’s manual which will provide you
with valuable information necessary for the proper care, maintenance, and use
of your new EVA-DRY dehumidifier.

Operation
- Use AC power supply. Install the water tank in to the dehumidifier; plug the DC plug into the DC port of the dehumidifier and the AC adaptor in to a wall outlet. The power light will turn on (blue) and the fan will continuously run.
- If the red indicator lights on, please check, if the water tank is in correct position.
- This dehumidifier will stop dehumidification automatically, if the water reaches the level and the red indicator will turn on, which means the water tank is full. Please cut off the power supply, before you take out the tank. Remove the black drain cover of the water tank and discard the collected water. Then replace it.
- Wipe and dry the water tank and the dehumidifier.

Safety Recommendations:
- THIS PRODUCT IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
- This appliance should NOT be operated by persons under the age of 10 years old.
- DO NOT make any alterations or modifications to the dehumidifying unit or power supply as they could make the product un-safe to operate and will void any warranty.
- If the Power Supply cord becomes damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer’s OEM replacement Power Supply. Failure to do so could make the product un-safe to operate and will void any warranty.
- This dehumidifier should NOT be operated in temperatures less than 40°F (5°C) and not more than 104°F (40°C)
- This dehumidifier should NOT be operated in humidity levels less than 38%.
- DO NOT insert any foreign objects into or block (restrict) the air inlet or the air outlet of the dehumidifier as this will lead to damage.
- The dehumidifier should be placed on a level, sturdy surface to avoid tipping and water spillage.
- When the dehumidifier is not being used for an extended period of time, please make sure that the water tank is drained and empty.
- When emptying the water reservoir tank please remove the tank carefully so not to spill water or damage the dehumidifier.
- When in use please make sure the power supply is placed in a dry, well ventilated area. DO NOT cover the power supply as this may result in overheating and may lead to damage.
- After use please shutdown the dehumidifier and unplug it. Store in a cool, dry area.
Intended Use
This Dehumidifier can be used in closets, storage rooms, small bedrooms, kitchens, and other small room areas. FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
Indicator Light Designation:
- BLUE LIGHT indicates the power is on and the unit is operating properly.
- BLUE LIGHT (flashing every 3 seconds) indicates the unit is in an automatic defrosting cycle.
- RED LIGHT (steady) indicates the water tank is full. (empty reservoir tank)
- RED LIGHT (flashing every 5 seconds) indicates the ambient temperature is above 104°F (40°C) or below 40°F (5°C). (unplug unit and discontinue use)
- RED LIGHT (flashing every 3 seconds) indicates the unit has internal problems and requires repair. (unplug unit and discontinue use)
Trouble shooting
Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

Cleaning and maintenance
Please unplug the unit from the wall and from the power adapter prior to
cleaning. Wipe the shell of the appliance with a soft damp cloth; never use
abrasive agent or solvents, as these will damage this appliance.
This product is covered under a 1 year limited warranty.
