Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Eva-Dry EDV-1200! This compact yet powerful dehumidifier has been designed to help remove moisture in small spaces. Perfect for closets, bedrooms, basements, offices, bathrooms, boat cabins & RV’s. Engineered with ultra-quiet Peltier Technology, the EDV-1200 will quietly and efficiently absorb moisture from the air and trap the collected moisture in its removeable reservoir. Once the reservoir is full, the unit will activate the auto shut off feature and will resume dehumidifying once the reservoir is emptied. This product is covered under a l year manufacturer’s warranty, so please make sure to register your item with the enclosed registration card or you can go to eva-dry.com for online registration. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. Operating Instructions
- Remove product from packaging
- Plug in AC/DC power supply into the DC socket
- Plug power supply into wall outlet
- Press the On/off power button at the top of the unit; button will illuminate blue
- You should feel air blowing from the dry air outlet
- Once the unit reaches capacity, it will turn off and the light will now illuminate yellow (full) and will need to be emptied.
- To empty the water reservoir, press the power to turn the unit off. Remove the water reservoir and dislodge the drain hole plug, empty the collected water then replace the drain hole plug to the secure position before returning reservoir to the unit.
- Press On/Off power button to continue normal operation

Keep out of reach of children Only use in the upright position Ensure at least 12 inches of clearance around all vents for optimal efficiency Do not tamper or modify the unit. Doing so will void ALL warranty
Recommended Maintenance
Always ensure the unit is powered off and unplugged before performing any maintenance Use a soft cloth to wipe any debris off the exterior of the unit. Keep all air vents free of debris It is common for the dust to build up in the air vents. Use a soft bristle brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris from vents. Once per month or as needed, use al to 1 vinegar or bleach solution to clean the water reservoir.
