Thank you for purchasing the FIXED Zen 10 power bank.
READ THIS MANUAL BEFORE USE.
Instructions for use

To check the charge status, press the button on the side of the power bank.
The LCD display will light up and display the power bank charge status presented as a value from 0–100 %. -
When discharged, you can use the USB-A to USB-C cable, which is included in the package, to charge it by plugging it into your mains charger. The power bank itself charges with a power of up to 18 W. Both USB-C connector and microUSB on the side of the power bank can be used for charging.

You can use the USB-A to USB-C cable to charge your device. For 20W PD charging, use your USB-C to USB-C cable and plug it into the power bank’s USB-C port.

The charging then starts immediately.

When charging via USB-A and USB-C ports simultaneously: the fast charging decreases to the 5V output voltage. To restore the PD fast charging function, disconnect the device at USB-A and wait 15 seconds for the PD fast charging output to restart.
LCD DISPLAY INDICATION
- The power bank charge status is indicated in %.
- Fast charging of your device is indicated by the GREEN symbol.
- When the power bank itself is charging, a single digit will start flashing on the battery display and the value on the display will also increase synchronously as the power bank battery power increases.

PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
If you do not use the device for longer period of time, it is necessary to
charge the battery every two or three months to prevent reduction in device
power. Use fine fabric to clean the body of
the power bank.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Do not expose the device to rain or snow or immerse it in water. Do not leave
the power bank on sun in car. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or
leave it near heat sources. Do not use the power bank if it has been subjected
to a strong impact, if it has fallen, or if it has been damaged in any way. Do
not disassemble the device, there is a risk of electric shock and/or burns. Do
not modify the power cable. Keep the power bank out of reach of children.
Unauthorized opening or modification of product parts will void the warranty.
