Print this page in 100% scale. Do not adjust size of the paper in print setting. You can verifi the right size by putting your credit card to the frame below. If the card fits into the frame, size is right and you can cut out the measuring strap.
Put the wider end of strap to the place on your wrist where you usually wear the watch. Than wrap the rest of the strap around your wrist.
Tighten the strap around your wrist. Right size for you will be shown by arrows on the wider end.
