Thank you for purchasing the SMILE PRO tracker of personal belongings. The device is manufactured according to the high standards of the brand and meets the strictest standards for product quality.
Getting Started
- Before using the smart tracker, you must download and install the FIXED SMART smartphone application. It is available free of charge for Android and iOS operating systems in the Google Play store or AppStore.
- Open the installed FIXED SMART application, register in one of several ways and add your SMILE PRO by clicking on the “+” button in the upper right corner. Continue according to the site map in the application.

Battery replacement
- FIXED SMILE PRO is powered by a high-quality 3V CR2032 battery. In normal use, the battery life is on average 1 year. The charge level can be determined using the application in the detail of the tracker.
- To replace the battery, carefully remove the back cover of the tracker.
- Remove the discharged battery and replace it with a new one. Please make sure that the new battery has the same parameters as the original one.
- Dispose of the old battery in an environmentally friendly manner.
Using the FIXED SMART application
We are developing the application for you so that you can quickly find your
way around it and use it perfectly. Please follow the instructions and
accompanying texts in the application to help you set up the tracker ideally
for your needs. In case of doubt, you can contact our support through the
application or use the Help section.

CE marking declares that the FIXED° product is in compliance with the relevant
essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 1999/5/ES.
DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRIVATE PERSONS(Applicable in the European Union and
in countries with separate waste collection systems)
This symbol means that the product cannot be disposed of with normal household
waste. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from
uncontrolled waste disposal, please separate the product from other types of
waste and recycle them responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of
material resources.
Private individuals can contact the point of sale where the product was
purchased or the local off ice for information on recycling this type of
product. Juridical persons should contact their supplier and check the
conditions of the purchase contract. Never dispose of the product with normal
household waste. We strongly advise you to take your product to an official
