Intended Use

This product was designed as a measuring device designed in conjunction with a Easee Equalizer the energy use in buildings optimized. It enables one automatic load balancing between the Easee charging robot(s) and the Building if no smart meter was installed.

Operating conditions

The product must have the supplied Cable connected to an Easee Equalizer will. For installation and operation a smartphone with an internet connection needed.

Optimal performance

The equalizer amp allows in connection with the Easee Equalizer a smarter, safer and faster charging even without intelligent meter/smart meter when the installation is scaled accordingly.

Installation instructions

Mount

Mount the equalizer amp on the DIN rail (A) in the fuse box.If that is not possible, screw the DIN bracket (B) to a secure one surface and then mount the equalizer amp

Fasten

  • Reattach the current sensor(s). each ladder, either in front of or behind the main fuse. The arrow on the sensor must point in the direction of the load.
  • Plug in the current sensors L1, L2 and L3 into their respective terminals 1, 2 and 3 a. Terminals 4, 5 and 6 serve as additional slots.

Connect

  1. Plug in the included power cord to a suitable power source. Of the Installation of a separate fuse with a maximum rating of 16 A is recommended.
  2. Connect the RJ12 cable of the equalizer Box with an RJ12 connector on Equalizer Amp. The bottom RJ12 connector is for connecting to multiple Equalizer amp provided TEST! Make sure before Switching on the equalizer amp that: Ѐ the direction of the current sensors correct is. Ѐ the charging points and the equalizer amp have the same phase sequence. Ѐ the L1 current sensor in terminal 1, the L2 sensor in terminal 2 and the L3 sensor in Plugged in terminal 3 of the Equalizer Amp would.

Furnish

  • Use the Easee Installer app to install the Equalizer in one site with several set up circuits.
  • Make sure the equalizer and the Master charging robot with the same WiFi network are connected. place also Make sure NFC is on your mobile phone is activated.
  1. Go to Current Locations or Update existing location and select the location.
  2. Under Location Structure, select the Add equalizer option.
  3. Enter the WiFi access data (the same network that the charging robots are connected).
  4. Hold the mobile phone to the front of the equalizer to display the WiFi data transferred to. The equalizer can Information not received when he is switched on.
